Because it was a karmic relationship. Three planets of his are over your 12th house. Karmic relationships don't last. Also... that Pluto over your 7th house makes the relationship even more karmic.

Now I sse it. I had 3 planets on my ex 12th house while he had 2 planets in my 12th. Didn't know about this one :O

i am sorry it didn't work out for you. from what i see the moon conjunction is just not enough, and because your moon was falling into his 1st it might have been you that was idealizing him, and with his planets in your 12th he'd be on your mind a lot, but perhaps not vice-versa. the moons conjunct = really nice for empathy and sensitivity, but when a guy has that many personal planets going unaspected by you (and a venus opposite your sun, and mars/mercury by sign) there really isn't much to hold you together long-term. you could do better as well, so remain optimistic - your stellium in libra needs someone who conjuncts at least one of those planets for compatibility, and his don't. i just noticed you and i have the same placements in everything - moon, venus, sun/mercury/mars - i have the libra stellium too :-) you can do better girl!

Composite Saturn isn't aspected. Saturn is a glue in the relationship. It helps keep people together thru difficult times. Venus has 1 sextile, and one wide aspect that out of sign. Its not very strong. Saturn is even more important because you're both strongly influenced by this planet.

Composite doesn't look good either. Saturn looks like a old man forgotten by everyone. Isnt aspected by any planet. On top of that he is sitting in 12th house of karma. A huge stellium is in 11th house of FRIENDSHIP with ruler ( Saturn) in 12th house. That Venus in 4th house is nice and cozy but isnt enough for a long term relationship. There is no... glue.
7th house is empty and has Virgo on cusp. Mercury is sandwiched in 11th house of friendship. What does that mean? The relationship couldn't last with so many planets in 11th and with Saturn no making aspects. You and him are karmic soulmates. And what its done its done. Sorry to give you such bad news.

Your 7th house ruler is conjunct Uranus without receiveing and healing aspects signifying a sudden breakup.

I shall agree with Rosalind on the karmic thing. Composite Sun/Moon conjunction is usually a soulmate indicator.I also got out of such a karmic relationship recently. Our composite was similar to yours in aspects. It felt fated, and though it was not meant to last it was a very tough and useful lesson to both of us.

I hope you heal soon and stop blaming yourself. Usually the most hurtful experiences are the ones with the greatest lessons in our lives. Take care and move on with your life.

You know, although it was suddenly, I saw something is going to happen.
I have Saturn and NN transiting my 7th house, transiting Pluto sitting on my natal Moon and conjunct my natal Uranus. I feel horrible.
