(People that dont have any impact on my career - just two other women who are on the same level as her in the organisation. She is very much junior to me but does not report to me. She is loud and attention seeking and seems to have no sense of decorum or place Why is she doing this and how do I deal with her? I would put up a synastry or composite chart but I dont have her time of birth She is making my working life miserable with her backbiting, envy and comments I've been advised to make allowances for her lack of maturity but she is 27! She sounds like she's going out of her way to turn people against you for the chance to bring you down even more, whether or not they affect your job security. The best thing to do would show her that it is NOT affecting you and that you are still strong in your position so she realizes she can't do anything about it. Astrologically... she sounds to me like she has Mars in the 10th in Leo or Scorpio hehehe. I know that house placement is supposed to be an uplifting colleague but it also expresses a feeling of superiority and a determination to succeed no matter what, and the nasty side of both Leo and Scorpio can get, well, nasty. It happened to me plenty of times. In the past I used to get involved in the back and forth, now I ignore it. I feel by not engaging, they lose the energy to do bad things... imagine how silly they would feel after sending a nasty email( for example) and you being kind as if it doesn't effect you..they would say this is not even working..just think about it it works Also, another point if you engage in any type of back and forth, you are on the same level with that person.
