Had a simply terrible day, found out a teacher who worked at a school I visit with my job died in the plane crash in Russia. It has upset me all day also made me sad about life in general...my upcoming birthday, christmas coming up...etc etc,

I'm sorry, that must be upsetting. Perhaps burn a candle or say a little prayer for that teacher might also give him & yourself some peace?
