It has some nice spots, i think, like his Venus conjunct my Venus & Sun, Mars - Venus DW (trine/square), etc. I'm a bit worried about Mars - Neptune exact conjunction? What do you think?

Sun over 12th house is weak. Uranus over 4th house gives an unsual relationship. I don't like Neptune conjunct Mars in 4th house. If the couple marries, leads to domestic violence. Not to mention that Mars over DSC exact. Moon and NN ver 8th house: you two are karmic soulmates. Venus conjunct Sun is not enough to support a peaceful relationship. I see a Saturn over 1st house. Yeah, could glue you together in long term, but with Mars, despite all the hot sex and obsessive attraction you may have, can end up very bad.
Mars conjunct Neptune can make the relationship less dreamy and more action oriented. That doesn't mean the action is positive. Post the composite chart to see if that is better. Hope you have a right time.

it looks ok for a dating relationship. the reciprocal placement of the moons in the 8th of each partner is nice - emotional depth and longing for the partner in a more lustful way. perhaps some type of cultural difference between you, or maybe you're school mates or something - the red has a venus in 9th and the other partner has the stellium falling into that 9th, so there might be a theme of travel, teaching, culture, etc. between you both, the red will like that type of person - someone 'worldy.' the downside would be the mercury and sun landing in the 12th; that's a bad spot for those two, especially the mercury because of the effect it'll have on communication. the mars placements are weak from both sides; the conjunction to the DSC is ok, but anything involving Neptune that close to a personal planet is usually not so good (for the Neptune person)
