Your love life seems boring at the moment, are you talking to anyone? Socializing? Or are you just feeling lazy and observing people instead? I don't see anything serious relationship wise, maybe a few dates here and there to get your feet wet. I feel you're very smart but shy about it because you don't want to appear cold. My initial feeling is to say "Just keep swimming" and it will work itself out. You have a vision of how your love life should be, and from the looks of these cards you may very well get it! God, thank you so much. I have 'options' but quite honestly my only focus and want is for him. Lately he's gotten distant. Not texting , calling, or seeing each other as much. Tomorrow he's supposed to stay over but I have this innate fear hell cancel. He just keeps pulling away. I couldn't decide whether to wait, or whether id be made a fool if I did... From my cards, I think you should move on from the cashier job. Perhaps there is an opening for a promotion, like head front line or something but I see you yearning for a more creative outlet. If you look, I do think you will find something more suitable to your personality. It may have longer shifts, but will be flexible with your schedule as well.

From a different angle, let's say the 3 of Wands IS the promotion at your cashier job. Does something about this stress you out, or you're hesitant to take it (aside from looking from a new job altogether?) And do you like someone at work at the moment?

It's as a cashier at a dance club so I don't know if there is really a way to get 'promoted' so to speak. Unless it's as a manager which I've never done and would be stressful, also I don't know what the hours would be.

If I do go on to something else, I would prefer if I make more or as much as this current job pays me, I don't know if you can see something from what you pulled already or if you would have to pull more cards to find out, but that's what's been holding me back. I get paid well for not doing much and for a short shift. Being able to have some type of flexibility would be great though.
