Did you start degree and never finish it? I'm likely way off but did you get pregnant? If you did, did you miscarry? Anyway, I think that going to school with definitely be in your favor. There's a strong sense of tradition and order here and it looks like work-wise may be slim pickings. It seems that in your heart you truly desire to got to school but are afraid of disappointment and failure, of not achieving what you set out to do. The longer you hold onto these fears and insecurities (which most likely have their root in your own mother. Is she very traditional? get married have kids, stay home?) the more heartbroken you will be because you won't be going after what you need.

Going to school will be difficult, there may be some sacrifices you have to make like buying things that are truly needed. I feel like it'll all be worth it though, like you'll be able to stand proud and tall of what you've accomplished.

You may end up having to be forced to find another job soon anyway. Either you will quit suddenly or be fired out of the blue. Don't get ahead of yourself, you may think you're in control but you really aren't and may cause your own downfall.

You recognize the need to sort of stick it out and plow ahead in any situation. The search for a job may be a bit slow and you'll struggle with it but there is possibility in finding one. You may want to search in nursing homes or as some type of aid to people that need extra care.

There will be a choice that you have to make, to do the right thing. Ok you two will have quite the ups and downs. He may give you an ultimatum. He's scared of having to suffer again, to have to leave yet an other relationship behind.

I think you're smitten by the way But there seems to be lots of tumultuous emotions, like everyone is feeling things and not really talking. In the end I believe you will get an "I love you" from him. Nothing official relationship wise but at least a confession of emotions because not saying anything has become more terrible than actually saying it.

Is one of you currently looking for work? (Just a thougtht that popped into my head). Or perhaps you will have trouble fitting each other into your schedules? You may not actually get to see each other often which is what may be the catalyst to everything I mentioned above.

Wow, littlecloud! Everything is CORRECT! Hehe. I actually confessed everything to him yesterday because I was tired of acting aloof/cold with him. I told him just bluntly that we couldn't be friends any longer because I had feelings for him & he was confused when I told him - as if he wasn't expecting that. I told him I had to stop communicating with him & he was asking why..I blocked his number and deleted it. If he wants to he can reach out to me himself, since he has my home phone #.

Now he's the one not talking about his feelings for me. And you're right about him being scared, etc. He's looking for work - yes & spot on about the schedule & not being able to see each other often . You are very good..lol. But it feels like I'm the one that was holding back from telling him I "loved" him instead . & I did give him some sort of ultimatum when I told him it's either we're lovers, or we're nothing .

We haven't done anything together (although he wants to of course), but I'm definitely not the type to take sex lightly. Only slept with 3 men in my entire life, heh. So yea..although we did cuddle & stuff

Okay thanks little cloud.
I am thinking about going to grad. school so this is why I asked this question. I was trying to look for jobs and I have applied a lot but no one ever responds to me. I really think going on the academic route is better for me, as it will give me an actual career later in life which is cool. I'm trying to apply everywhere now so if I get in I will let you know...

EmpressMendez- I can relate, kinda going through something similar myself right now. But yea keep me updated...I did ask in terms of the future so I'm hoping it's not just the present I picked up. Also as an afterthought, if you already gave him the ultimatum the ace of swords and the knight of cups could very likely be his response to it.

asclibrasagsun- The Heirophant makes total sense for Grad school then. Also a project could be like a child, like a huge research grant where you put all this work and effort into it and it falls apart which would be a very 5 of cups feeling. So maybe that?

Haplesschild*- Yep 9 of swords at the bottom would be the hesitancy on both parts. I wish you luck!!
