Everyone that knows me says I come on REALLY strong and that I'm very aggressive. I don't see how this could apply to me, I see myself as very tender-hearted and actually very sensitive. Could this show in my chart?

You very well may not notice it unless you pay extra attention, but Pluto conjunct the ASC usually produces a very intense person. At least those around you perceive you this way.

And your 12H stellium is what makes you feel tender-hearted and sensitive. 12H/Pisces/Neptune influence can often make people feel this way.

The other "aggression" factor that I can see in your chart is Sun square Mars. I have this, too. I can be quite hot-tempered/short-fused despite my Pisces Sun/Merc because they both square Mars. You may come off as tense, needing to relieve pent up energy because of the Sun/Mars square.
