I have some questions regarding money issues..

So our landlord decided to sell our house and he offered a very high price. We have been living in this place for more than 15 years and we do not definitely want to move but it looks like the landlord is really hypocrite and yesterday he told us that he already sold the house to a person who offered a higher price My dad is struggling to buy the place - despite our money issues and debts- but it looks like the landlord does not want to sell the house..
Can anybody do a reading regarding this? Shall we buy this place or is it better for us to move to another place? Can we trust the landlord? In my opinion, he is just a greedy person

Another question I have is about the education/job matters. I have been applying to various jobs and deciding about my future of education (wanna study Bachelor's again) but I feel so unmotivated and down because of the house issues. What shall I do? How can I motivate myself?

I hope we will move to a new place as well... I really didn't like the landlord's attitude and I guess he already sold the house to his business partner. He was supposed to call my dad regarding the decision, but he still hasn't called yet.
By "he sold the house", did you see that he sold the house to us or to another person? Everything's so complicated

My question is about jobs and education... So I already graduated from university but things have gone wrong in the last months and I am considering studying bachelor's again but I also applied to some jobs. Will studying Bachelor's again be good for me or should I look for jobs? I didn't like what I studied so I really don't want to work in that area but I also need to earn money now that we have to buy a place
I need guidance in that aspect..
