Also, there's nothing wrong with being unable to carry a child in your womb. Many women who give birth aren't real moms to their children, as you seem to know very closely, and many women who are real moms weren't ever able to feel a child moving in their bellies. I know you're frustrated, but there are still things you need to do where you are currently before you can move to England. You're being responsable and being the solution to a problem right now, and you can't leave before you're done doing that. Sounds sh*tty, and I'm getting some anger and contempt here, but you know you won't just up and leave, and leave people in a problematic situation.

Also, I think this whole move to England has been something that is only in your mind... Like, you haven't taken measures to move, like sorting out legal documents, where you're going to live at, how you're going to move your stuff, etc. Feels like you daydream about this a lot, but you don't know where to begin to make your dream a reality. Know that the power to start this adventure is in your hands, you just need to start putting your plans to action.

Lastly, you need to settle your emotions. I'm getting that you're so unhappy that you're spreading yourself thin on things that won't help you move to England. Like, really wasting your breath and time with things that don't matter. Once you begin controlling your emotions, you won't be seen as willful by others and you'll find that your life will bring people that will help you prepare for England. These people will be the type that come and go from our lives, but leave something behind - do you know this type? What they'll be leaving behind will be good for you, for your emotional growth and stabilization. I do think that once you master your emotions and start acting objectively to prepare your move, you'll move. I don't think you'll need anybody's help, though. I see you doing this all by yourself. But you can't do that unless you go through this inner process.
