as long as it's not out of the 7th house it should still have the same impact. it'll impact the house person - they'd see the sun person as having some qualities/characteristics of their ideal partner, friend, etc. the planet person won't feel the same, imo, they are just bringing that energy to the house person. the 8th house awakens deeper feelings within someone - those can be spiritual, sexual, religious, etc. - issues of deeper meaning, and if your sun falls into someone's 8th that is what you do for them, awaken issues, or vice-versa
