Okay the first thing is acceptance. you need to do is to let go of a past trauma in a relationship. Are you trying to get over someone still? To open your heart and to trust again, that attachment must be broken, and you need to get over the past hurt.

The second thing is trust. You seem to have a wall around a lot of people, and if you could just break your guard down, I think you will feel much better about it. I know it is hard if you were hurt as the tarot suggests, but having good faith in others will do wonders for you.
