I'm actually better at drawing the cards than at reading per se (still unsure about my own interpretations, lol), if I'm to be honest... Lennies are just said to be better for general predictions, though. Which is why I wanted to use them.

Anchor + Lilies + Heart

Okay, so Anchor alone means stability but also being stuck too. Anchor + Lilies means contentment, but also boss. Lilies is a court card, so he's representative of an older, mature male. Lilies + Heart means older love, passionate love. Heart is also a court card, but it's used in Lenormand to represent matters of the heart, not just romantic love, but also friendship, family and parental love.

What this tells me is that you'll be stuck, either waiting for your ex to come back or him actually being back in the picture but you both being without a clue as to how to make a relationship work. But I guess you guys will be together again. Anchor + Heart indicates long term love, faithful, loyal, certain love. So you'll know you want to be together, but there's going to be some confusion about how to make things work. Talk it out, you'll both be willing to make this a sucessful relationship.

Base card, overall theme - The Lovers
Week One - 9 of Pentacles
Week Two - 9 of Swords
Week Three - 6 of Pentacles
Week Four - Strength

I really wish my interpreting skills were better, because I am having a hard time seeing how the lovers got tied in, especially as a base card. I see the lovers as establishing bonds with others, but I also see it as finding yourself, figuring out where you stand and what you want. Combine that with the other cards and I can see you definitely 'unlocking' a hidden part of you. I noticed the two nines so I dug online to see what that could mean. I found this explanation for the nine of swords specifically and really liked it...

"This is a card that can be riddled with shame or sadness. But it is also a card of deep self-awareness - of that moment when you see a shortcoming in yourself or your performance that may have been blocking you from advancement all along."

That really pushed me to think you'd be discovering a new side of yourself, becoming much more self aware. The strength card is a good omen in my opinion in terms of this. As for the nine of pentacles, what is your job situation? Are you having a rough time in that area? I noticed that card is mostly associated with material gain, are you too focused on bills/material things? Because I definitely noticed the 6 of pentacles, which is also material bases on having/ not having.

Maybe I sound deluded but that's been my gut feeling. I think he wanted a break, breathing room, space. I don't think he's viewing it as a breakup.

But then I realize there's a chance he is moving on, he really did just want out, and I'm wasting time bracing myself for the next impact.

Hey, don't worry so much about interpreting the cards. From what I'm seeing in my reading exchange thread, we need to go with what our gut is saying instead of trying to do a clean cut, "sensible" reading.

So, I'm actually planning on meeting up friends and family I haven't seen in a while in January. Establishing bonds with others will probably be the tone of January for me.

I've also been going through some inner changes and learning a new side I didn't know I had: a intuitivity that I never imagined I had. Unlocking parts of me that were hidden makes sense too, if we look at the last three months.

And yes, I'm very focused on not having enough money for myself. I'm currently doing freelance stuff, so money doesn't come in regularly. I'm studying for some exams that I want/need to pass to get the career I want, so that's fine for the moment. I do worry about not having enough money, though.

I think you're doing really well, so don't be discouraged. This did resonate, you did a great job here.

I have talked to him about the anxiety. When he SEE S it, when were face to face and I just tell him everything he is very receptive and comforting . its when were apart that he "flips the switch "

I don't know. I have a month to think I guess. Yay. As for your reading, YES! I'm really happy that it resonated! I barely got my first deck a week ago, so I meant it when I said I was new.

Its funny because last night I took them out and pulled some cards regarding this boy. I try to not do that. I cave every few days, but i figure that's better than reading over and over daily. I asked "How does M currently view our 'relationship'?"

I got the star, the world, and The empress. How...odd.

I've only started doing readings in November, so I'm pretty much a newbie too.

So, I exchange readings with someone by e-mail, and she was telling me that nearly every reading she does on a particular guy, she'll pull the Empress, the World or the 6 of Wands. She told me that basically means he thinks I'm the whole package, the type of woman he'd like to spend his life with. That's her take on her cards, though. Your intuition/guides should tell you how to interpret the spread though.

I try not to read for myself, because it gets all muddled, lol.

As for exchanging, I am scared haha. I finally pulled positive cards. I've been getting swords/tower/knight cards when asking regaurding him. A week ago i pulled "nine of swords, four of swords, and death." I dont think i want to have that again...I'll do a reading for you though.

Also, as for your response on the cards I keep pulling I find that interesting. He's always talked very highly of me and made me feel confident in myself, he's never put me down .Ever, yet, you'd think if someone had such a high opinion of someone...they wouldn't want to be apart from them. The cards I pulled signal love . Yet he isnt here..hmmm...

I don't do tarot yet, only playing cards, but if I'm not mistaken Swords is the suit of the mind... Death you should read as renewal or a new beginning... Just some thoughts.

Empress - The star - Four of Wands

Honestly i find it incredibly insane that you and i just got 2/3 of the same cards for a very similar question. Thats just... strange... I shuffled really well and i pulled from three separate piles... So the cards werent together still. Anyways, how ironic i have to interpret almost the same spread i had issues with last night .

Back to your reading. This is a damn good one , especially since you also have 4 of wands! He really freakin likes you in my opinion. I dont know much about your background , well i dont know anyhting , but i really think in his mind he puts you up on a pedestal. I hope he openly shows you this instead of keeping it all in. As for the star and empress i think it signifies him getting his "luck" or "wish granted, and that being you. The empress could represent you as a person or him trying to get you, in the sense it could represent "being pregnant" with an idea, and it could be his plans to obtain/ keep you.
