I think you should have a meeting with him on Monday and tell him that you'd like to be the lead on this project and mention all that you have done on the project and state where you will be heading this project in the future.

I don't see it's like a slap in the face towards you...I am just getting he really didn't think YOU would be in the lead, so tell him that you actaully want it. He might be taken back a bit (thus, I have a feeling you didn't show great supervisory elements to this role that you are doing) I don't see you as the "head of the class person" so you will have to go for it...nobody is going to hand you a role like that. I know it's unfair but it's like you vib off a not so older, mature person. ( I have the same problem, younger people will get a leardership role over me)

So, again keep that in mind...you can work as hard and as good in a job, but the vib you give us tells people that your comfortable where you are....so again, you'll have to always put the words out there that you want to move up/grow in your position.

So tell him!

I asked what is coming up for you in the next 6 months?

I got:
Friendship-I feel that you will make a new friend (male or female) that will assist you emotionally and with attaining your desires.
Blessed change-you will experience a change (I'm thinking it's related to work or home or both).
Let yourself receive-'Allow others to give you loving care, receive without guild or apologies'. Many good things will be coming to you in the next 6 months. You just have to be open to allowing yourself to acknowledge them and receive them. Believe that you deserve greatness.

So....I think if he hears why your staying, he'll get it...and will keep you on that project and YES you will get credit. BUT if you don't want to have the convo with him, then I think in the back of his mind he will always have someone ready to place you.

So the choice is yours, you will determine this outcome. Is it a waste, no it's not. But if you contunie on it the way you are...your name is not going to fully associated with this as you want it to be...so time to fight for what you want...it will be worth especially to potentially employers if you seek another job at somepoint.

So, if you get credit..then you have to have a heart to heart with him....if you can't be that direct, then leave the project.

I also asked what you needed to know about 2014:
Raye- Yoga and exercise-this card is telling you to get out and get active. I usually also interpret this card as meditation, but I think in your case it's more about not traditional meditation but really thinking about where you want your life/this year to be headed
Dream big-this is your block/challenge. Perhaps you don't give yourself enough credit or self yourself short? This card is saying, fantasize, 'dream big' about everything in your life. Visualize what you want and believe that you deserve it and will attain it one day.

Protection-"you & your loved ones are"-the first thing that came to mind though was that he is guarded with his emotions.
I get that D likes you, but that he may be going through a process of realization/sorting everything out. Based on the cards, I would say that this is a time of "limbo" & that it may be too soon for a definitive answer. Overall though, the guidance card is very positive & points to new experiences ...so I would say in time, your relationship will turn around & D' will make their feelings will be made clear to you.
