My cards show that she may meet someone through her profession (or job)...though they also show disagreements, separation. These early attempts are going to help her grow and better define what it is she actually wants, as opposed to what she'll settle for; and that she can look forward, ultimately, to real happiness as she defines these things.

This year looks to be one of rapid personal growth for her IF she seizes the opportunities coming up. She has to have the "want-to" though

I gave it a try while trying out something completely new, so bear with me. If it doesn't resonate with your sister just let her dismiss it.
Your sister comes of as very feminine & pretty & I would expect her to have no problems to attract potential partners. Feels like she is actually ready for a relationship that will settle her. She really wants to settle down & possibly actually a baby (this feels like a greater wish). She seems to be dreaming quite a bit about this though & I am not that sure she is actually showing herself to the world that much. Like she is a well kept secret on one end & on the other when she does meet people she can be quite blunt.
Does she like swimming at all/go out in nature and/or anything in regards to water? Feels like if she will do that and leave the house a bit more, I think she will meet someone. But the taking action is one point & second is to show her passionate & fun site, but not immediately tell them of all she likes and dislikes in her direct manner. If so, I'm guessing she will meet someone who is also into creating more stability/reliable partner. With this person it will feel as if she knew him before - great level of feeling comfortable. Might be a bit slow to develop. Lots to learn from her next partner & has quite a bit of staying power. He doesn't seem to 'ride in' as soon as she wishes.

Thanks for that excellent feedback! I think she can bring him in by more outdoorsy activities. Like meet him through some local swimming (and/or water related activity - of hiking? activity). Like the new man likes and/or practices it & they will meet through that.
I think she most likely will try online dating, but it feels like it really isn't her thing that much.
