Hi All,

Can someone please look at this composite for me? I know it's scattered, but both natal charts are scattered too, so I'm not sure that matters too much?

I am mostly interested in the Yod and the Vertex/NN/Chiron/Descendant conjunction. That's got to be something big, right?

I have posted the composite and synastry charts. Thanks all. This is driving me crazy!

From a really quick glance, there are a lot of Uranus issues - very unstable, but good lessons to learn from - both in composite and synastry. Not the best for stable/traditional relationships, but you know it depends on what you are looking for.

From the composite - you don't have what @RAS calls the love stellium. The YOD is there, but I am unsure about yod's in composites, most common to good relationships I have found are trines and magic rectangles. I am sure other people will leave feedback as well.

Also, in regards to your vertex/NN etc, that doesn't have the same significance in the composite that it does in synastry. B/c the composite is about how the relationship manifests as a third entity, so things like the vertex, chiron/NN - are normally things that are more reactive in a synastry - which give reason as to why people come together. Sorry.

Anyhow, hope this is helpful and good luck!

Thank you, I appreciate the feedback. I have read some pretty amazing stuff about composite yods, but I'm trying to not be biased in my thoughts.

I don't know I have a composite yod with someone who has been in my life forever, but I have also been told that although it makes the relationship seem fated, it also brings its own set of problems to work with. I have asked a number of senior astrologers and most of them say that it is much more 'violent' a connection in the composite, then something more supportive like a trine, kite, or rectangle. Essentially, it has an energy more like a conjunction instead of something mellow like a trine or sextile.

Anyhow, please feel free to share your resources. I would be glad to learn more.

Hi JoJo, taking a fast look at the composite, you have Mars/Moon conjunction widely oppose Saturn; with Mars/Moon square Sun/Venus and Mercury/Venus midpoints, showing that there is romantic attraction between you, thought sometimes coldness and being critical can be a cold water to this attraction, although Saturn's aspect (opposition to Moon/Mars and square these midpoints) are too wide that its effect might be weaker.
Also, Uranus trine Venus, showing excitement, with the attraction being inspirational and even electrical. Thought it is also conjunct AC and square Sun/Mercury/IC, so that there is a lot of mental activity between you with Uranus square Mercury, but with the conjunction with AC and square to Sun/IC, it can show that while the relationship can be crazy, it might be too crazy to be stable to fit a commitment relationship. Saturn/Jupiter midpoint is conjunct MC, thought it is also square AC/Uranus, so commitment and stability might be hard to achieve.
Also, Neptune is on the midpoint formed by Moon/Mars and Sun/Mercury. This relationship might seem idealistic at first, but it can become foggy and hard to understand where it stands.
Also, I'm going to throw a wild guess here, but is this relationship affected by other relationships or "hidden" outside influences? This is just a wild guess based on Jupiter/Pluto conjunction in the 12th, so if you can't relate please ignore this part (I'm still learning after all).

As for North Node/DC/Chiron/Vertex conjunction, this is interesting coz the composite of me and my husband have NN/AC/Chiron conjunction. I'm not sure how to interpret DC, thought this conjunction might show a strong fated theme in terms of lessons to learn together.

It seems to me the most accurate thing you said was the outside "hidden" forces. I am deeply affected by my "mommy issues" which I am working through. My lack of self love and abandonment issues have been something that we have had (and still are) to work through.

As far as the stability and commitment goes, we are very stable and committed to each other and the relationship. It stuns me sometimes to think how he has stood by me while I work through my personal issues. If the roles were reversed, I'm not sure I would still be around. I am blessed in that his mom was extremely nurturing to him emotionally, which has given me a great deal of strength as I work through my issues.

In short, it feels good. It's not easy by any stretch of the imagination, but it's real and it's honest.
