Okay, so I pulled three cards.Four of Wands - Devil - Seven of Swords I can see how the Devil and Seven if Swords pair in. I would read that as a definite no, something is being hidden and this 'relationship' is not healthy. I view the four of wands as events/celebrations so maybe this is showing the particular event of you two meeting up? I'm sorry, but I really think something is up, seven of swords is sticking out a whole lot. IP: Logged |

i decided to use fortune cards for this reading!
the child/ the star/ the woman okay, so i clearly see there is a new beginning , a fresh start that will lead you in the company of kind people. you will make new friends and get involved in new projects. this involves a very positive change for you and people around you will generally be a good influence. this path will lead you to success and fortune, in whatever way you can relate it to. you will be directed to the people who will guide you and support you and you must trust that you are on the right path. then i see a woman who will play a significant role in your life going forward. i don't see if she is a right influence or wrong but she will be significant nevertheless. overall a positive change until march 2014!

Were you hurt or maybe confused by Ws actions in the past? Seems like in the past there was something that repel you from him, despite any interest you probably have for him. Is the person younger or acts younger than his age? Or perhaps you think the act of him contacting you is not appropriate. Regardless, he is in touch w/ you out of curiousity and not necessarily from any deliberate attempt to manipulate you (at first). I think he is seeking for a reaction of some sort, a stimulation. At this moment, it is not something that is too deep. Regardless, the advice from the third card to approach it with caution. However you choose to react, you have to choose it because you know it's good for you not because you want him to react a certain way, or you'll be very disappointed. Handing over the control of the outcome (of your feelings) to the other person will have a potential to bring certain pain. I'm a very beginner so I apologise if those misses the mark, hope it helps! he is a mentor! he has been helping me deal with my own inner demons and come to terms with reality. he has been harshly true and always forthright. i am the one who doubts him a lot, may be because i have no physical contact with him. but i have learned a great deal and come out strong after i got associated with this person. why do you say it will bring pain? he is a very hard task master. hitler is the right word for him

Ah I see, the third card was The Eight of Swords, so the pain is pretty much about an entrapment of your own intellectual choices. So it could be his harshness have a potential to hit you right where you are vulnerable that might not be his fault necessarily, in the future. But the card serves as a warning- and it offers choice (aka you have a way to tough it out) But perhaps a warning that you should always trust your inner gut and do not blindly follow?The first card was The Five of Swords, and the second card was a page of wands (which is why I thought there was something inappropriate/youthful about the person) But of course the page of wand could also mean the person is simply inventive/determined. At this point it's a wild card because SG is only someone I worked with a year ago for a few days (good rapport) and we'll be meeting again for work reasons in another country soon maybe (today is the judgement day!). I can see there is potential disagreements/arguments about accommodation but unsure about who the woman is. But we will see! Thank you. IP: Logged |

It was a work relationship that evolved into a friendship. Right now I'm not really sure what it is we have between us, as the only contact we have is through short e-mails, as we currently live 750 miles away from each other. I've been trying to keep us as friends, but I'm not sure he wants and/or appreciates the effort. And yes, something is gnawing at my self esteem and constantly worrying me. He was once interested in me and now I'm interested in him. That's why I keep communicating with him. The past semester, however, he's been sending mixed signals and being obtuse about things, so I don't know how to act or what to say really. Thank you for the heads up about the deceit. I've been reflecting a lot on things and I think the deception would come from him himself, as he sort of realized I'm into him and probably wants to keep me in the dark about his dating life so I continue to pine for him. Jerk. Btw, it's okay it's not a good, light message you got for me.  I sort of expected something not very bright, as I'm finally starting to see things for what they are... you have actually nailed it! he is a father figure to me and treats me as his daughter. there is a huge age difference! he has been helping me to understand how other people are reacting around me and how i am responding which is good and bad at times and he is helping me correct my behavior to reap benefits and have harmonios relationships. it is kind of counseling where the counsellor tries to get into the root of the matter and comes up with the workable solutions. i have no clue about his personal life. and don't know what he is trying to make up for by helping me out but this same insight has been picked up by another reader as well so i am not surprised that you picked it up as well it has taken me a long battle to fight with my own inner demons to reach where i am today so yes there has been plenty of heartache and pain involved. i tend to doubt him because i had another person in my life few years ago who was feeling on my energy secretly and i got aware of it after it was too late. since i have no personal contact with the current person it makes things more difficult for me to believe and rely on. but thanks for this reading. he has been helpful all along by providing me with his assistance and sharing knowledge willingly every time i talk to him. this reading makes a lot of sense to me. quote:

i would say that he might/might not be doing it intentionally but his message will come across to you as deceptive because you will receive it that way. i don't see him really here in this spread. it's you, your inner subconscious dealing with what was and what could be and he is actually not there in this situation. so i would suggest to take a breather and help yourself move on if you don't hear what you want to from him. thanks so much for the fb.
