Could someone interpret the most important aspects or anything that "stands out" in my chart?

a few things stand out but the one I saw first was venus conjunct Saturn with Saturn right on the DSC and both in the 7th. the 7th equals relationships and Saturn = restrictions, so put together with that aqua venus (known for it's "coldness") and you're probably going to be VERY cautious in romance and perhaps not very lucky at it. capricorn is ruled by saturn so that makes it a bit more problematic for you since it's going to feel very happy being restricted in that house. that Saturn 7th house doesn't always make a good partner because it can restrict love/expression as does the aqua venus, so you're likely the type to really hold back affection. and with the cap sun and virgo moon you're probably not warm and fuzzy so relationship-wise I see some challenges for you.

Sun/Neptune-----has a Pisces vibe.Strong Neptune in the chart makes you a lot like Pisces even if the sun is in Capricorn.Dreamy,sees idealized version of things,very sensitive and compassionate,wants to help those less fortunate.Neptune adds that spacy dimension.
With Sun,Moon and Mars in earth signs,is very down to earth,practical,analytical,and with mars in Taurus,stubborn! Processes things in a logical way,wants to see concrete results--
