Hey That's so sweet! Thanks for asking! It's kind of intense, but getting slowly a bit better. Have to go twice a week & also swopped my bed & trying to make other changes in my routine. Not feeling the emotions much yet, altough today I'm really tired & I swear I'm more relaxed about a class I'm giving today. So thanks Are you well too?

Glad to hear you are doing better! Feeling more relaxed is good. All I meant about emotions before was that stress is probably the root cause of all the tension in the first place. You'll have to work on how you deal with stress or eliminate some stressors for the tension to get better on a long-term basis. But anyways, that's just a theory!I'm doing well too. I'm hesitant to say so, but I think I'm finally breaking free of some of the sadness and obsession over my ex. It's becoming easier to see things clearly and realize there will be others & hopefully they will treat me better and actually make me feel good about myself. Anyways, just wanted to check and see how you were doing. IP: Logged |

Very good news about the breaking away from the ex. Step by step is always the best way (warning: stepping in advice role): make sure you put yourself and what you need is put first. Not what the partner may/may not expect of you. Also thanks for the theory I'm sure it is a great part of it, but I am (or can be) rather stressy/restless since forever (no matter how much yoga I do). Think part is really character and/or hormones (astrology; Gemini ASC & Uranus in 6th making all stressy aspects). Thanks IP: Logged |

Ah, yes. Gemini ASC will do that! I know from personal experience. Ugh it drives me insane that I can't just turn my brain off sometimes. That's very good advice about putting needs first, not what the partner expects. Standing up for what I need is so very hard for me to do.
