You did a horary reading for me once and I was wondering whether you can help me to interprete this one too. Please, please, please ?

Last December I bought a flight ticket to visit a guy I had a crush on (why did I do that sigh...). I was supposed to see him this May 1st but something happened. He got busy at work and found someone and we stopped talking to each other. I'm still going to NY but I don't know whether I want to see him and us to meet as friends ? I guess it's up to me. I decided not to but... I don't know... did I make the right decision ?

I was trying to interprete my horary chart but I can't. I'm so confused. I did notice something strange on the chart but maybe I'm wrong. There are exactly 80 degrees between Mars and Venus and there are 80 days left from today to May 1st. I supposed I'm represented by Venus and the Moon and him by Mars. The Moon is in the 9th house, the house of travels and foreign lands. Moon trine Mars but there is no aspect between Mars and Venus -_-. What could it mean ?

My question was will I see D when I go to NY ? Is it a good idea ?

I know it's up to me but it seems I can't decide .

I'm glad to be of help. Lucky that I came around here today, as I haven't been in for the last 3 or 4 days.

Anyways, Moon is VOC but I can still read the chart. It just means that the course is set and there's nothing that can be done to change the outcome (as there usually is).

You're Venus, he's Mars. No aspect between you means a no answer. Even your co-significator, Moon, is separating from the trine to his sig, Mars, so this adds up to a no answer.

He is in the 25 Libra. This means he's being received by rulership and term, but that he's in the sign of his detriment, so he's feeling poor, weak in this situation, while you're still attached to him. You're in 15 Capricorn. This means that you're in the sign of his exaltation and you're being received by term, while you're in your triplicity (if this chart was generated in the morning) and in your term, so you're feeling pretty set on what to do and strong enough to go about it. He still likes and is attracted to you. I guess he's just too focused on his relationship right now.

As this is a short trip, I'm going to use Jupiter as it's significator. First of all, we see it's opposing Venus, so you're regretting buying this ticket and planning this trip. Jupiter is exalted so this will be a nice trip, only it's going to be a bit emotional and you might not feel very well-received by your surroundings. Again, if this chart was generated in the morning, you're in your triplicity, so you won't be miserable while you're in NYC.

Mars in the 1st house indicates immediate action, so if you haven't made your mind yet, you sure are about to. I think this might be a nice trip to leave this crush and your feelings for him behing, with POF in the 8th.

The horary chart was cast at 11:15 PM on February 9th in Paris.

I think he still expects me to meet him in NYC. According to him, I'm too attached to him to miss that opportunity but in my mind it's almost set up. The Venus Retrograde period helped me to think about the situation. We've stopped talking to each other since December 26th. I'm a Libra Sun Taurus Moon and I have Venus in Libra. That Venus Retrograde affected me badly xD ! Oh well, I don't blame her. I needed that. So, I think I'm gonna go to NYC for vacation, for vacation only. I don't intend to meet him and yes this trip is a way to definitely turn the page. But, a part of me still thinks I might regret it later (not meeting him). That's why I casted that chart xD. I don't expect anything from him anymore. About the flight ticket and the trip, I kinda regret it because it costs a certain amount of money and finding some time to go was complicated.

Since this was cast after sunset, let me revise one thing: you're peregrine in regards to the trip, so you'll be kinda going through the motions while in NY. But that's okay, I'm not sure you'd be able to be excited to be in a place you only went to see a guy who's not even available to you anymore. Try to enjoy it, though. I hear Central Park is lovely in May.

I'm gonna say this based on experience and not on the horary, okay? Only meet him if you feel the NEED to meet him. Honestly, he sounds a bit arrogant if he still expects you to look him up in NYC and arrogant men are the worst. Their ego leaves little room for anyone else's. On another note, there's no aspect between you two, so I think you'll decide to not see him.

First of all, thank you for your advice. You're right. It's kinda arrogant of him to think like that. I didn't see it that way lol xD. I was too blind ? He's not worth it. And yes, I'm not particularly excited to go to NYC but I'll try to enjoy my time there .

I met a great guy, who stood out among the others, at work but he's taken lol ! He's really nice. We might become good friends. He's probably Jupiter in the chart. Maybe there is no lover for me for the next few months .

We're blind to people's flaws when we like them, unfortunately. Sometimes all it takes for us to realize what a douche someone is is another person, unrelated to the situation, pointing out the douchery.

The last horary looks nice. It's a yes, you will meet this guy at your current company. Timing can be off, remember, but this one is pointing to a contact with him in 10 days. It might mean weeks or months though, so keep an open mind. Moon's last aspect seems to be to Mars, so he'll be the one approaching you.

Hope it all goes well and please let me know how things go.

I think it's either 10 days or 10 weeks. By the way, how do you know it is 10 something ? I leave the company at the end of April and I'll go back to school for a few months.

I was trying to analyse my horary chart like a big girl but I'm still a beginner at horary reading . Could you help me to analyse the chart please ? I would love to have your opinion .

My question was will I pass the first stage of the IG SG competitive exam ? It's a competitive exam to join a bank.

In the chart, I'm represented by the Moon and Venus. Thing is the Moon is about to go through the 15th degree of Libra to the 15th degree of Scorpio. Therefore, the Moon is via combusta which makes the chart unreadable and the outcome unpredictable ?
The question is about a professional exam. Should I pick Mercury, Jupiter or both as the significators ? Mercury rules the 9th house of higher education and exams and Jupiter the 10th house of career. Funny thing is Jupiter is in the 9th house ! A square is separating the Moon and Jupiter but there is that trine. I would say it's a no. Deep down I feel I failed that exam but it was an opportunity to practice horary reading ! Horary is just amazing and fascinating xD !

I can give you a feedback soon, beginning of March.

Sorry I only got to this today. I'd seen this earlier, but I had a paper to write and nonsensical fretting to overcome, lol. Let's take a look at this horary.

Moon isn't in Via Combusta yet, so you don't have to worry about it. It doesn't render the chart unreadable, don't worry.

Hey, weird coincidence: I also sit for professional exams. In the legal field, as I've a Law degree, but I do that. Nice to find somoene else that does it as well. But let me not get off topic. The question was about whether or not you would pass this exam, right? Therefore we use Mercury, ruler of the 9th. Mercury and Venus (you) do not apply, which would suggest a no answer.

Jupiter, although exalted, is retrograde, so you seem to be in a stump, or even perhaps going back careerwise, while others perceive you as doing well. Anyhow, you're receiving Jupiter by term, so this is definitely a career you're interested in.

Mercury is dignified by triplicity but retrograde. What I think this means is that you could've done better but you had problem understanding the questions OR that your answers weren't as good as the examiners were expecting. Was it written or multiple choice? If written, you might've given an impression of innovative ideas and being very avant-gard.

Venus (you) is peregrine, so you're indeed going through the motions. You're being received by Jupiter by term, so they might've liked you, only your results don't seem to match up for the position.

If Mercury and Jupiter weren't retrograde, it might've turned out better, but I think the results won't be enough to get you this position. Sorry!

You have a Law degree ? That’s nice ^^ ! I’m in a field kinda related to yours => Finance xD. And yes it is indeed a weird coincidence ! I also have a paper to write woohoo >.<

Ok back to that professional exam. It was a written test. We had to summarize 23 pages of articles in 4 pages. The topic was about Sub-Saharan Africa and economics.
Yes my question was whether or not I would pass the written exam. It was the first stage. To be honest, I didn’t prepare myself to that exam lol. I even applied on the last day. I just wanted to see how it was and go through the motions . I know I didn’t perform well. I was too tired because of my internship, the weather and I was really hungry xD !!! I didn’t have a breakfast before the exam. And it was a rainy and windy day >____< lol ! Exam started at 8 AM… lol

Again, you’re right. I’m kinda going back careerwise. I went back to school for a one year degree and I’m currently an intern in a big company. I just hate my current position and I’m trying to go back to the kind of jobs I had before starting school but in a bigger company. I had the confirmation about the kind of jobs I wanna have. You’ll ask me why did I leave my previous position then ? Well, my last position was nice but I wanted to experience new things, see the world and move out from my country.

Oh well I don’t expect to be called . Casting that chart was more a good opportunity to practice horary !

I'm good, what about you?

Well, I'm a lawyer but I don't really practice. I'm focusing on these competitive exams, so I mostly study for them and take a case here and there for family. I finished my paper yesterday, so I'm a bit less stressed, but it was no fun. Wasn't inspired, subject was boring... complete dull stuff.

Lol, I have to confess that I've done my share of Kamikase exams. They never panned out well for me, unfortunately. Oh well. I share your pain-not-pain over not passing. (But I could be reading this totally wrong and you might end up passing *finger crossed*)

About the jobs. You sound young and, even if you're not, it's good that you went after confirmation on what you really LOVE doing workwise. You got experience and wisdom, so you're smarter now than you were before. That's always good.

Ok now time for a feedback. 10 days have passed and well I don't know what to think about what happened today.

There is a guy at work. He made a joke today and sent a message to me saying another guy wanted to have a coffee with me. The second guy also received a message from the first guy saying that I wanted to have a coffee with him. The second guy and I had a coffee and decided to pretend that we'll start dating. A third guy asked me to find out what kind of gifts the second guy would like to get. The second guy is leaving the company and people at work want to give him a gift.
Aside this, I also met another guy during lunch time but I don't think something will happen lol.

How are you ? I'm here for another feedback.

You told me that there will be a contact with him in 10 days and he'll be the one approaching me. Well, you're right . Remember what happened last time ? Among those three guys, one likes me. He approached me in the weirdest way ever by making a joke out of me xD. He's so nervous when talking to me and so shy lol. But he's a genuine person according to my colleagues.

Do you know what is the funniest thing ? He's half American and he's leaving the company to move to NYC.

I checked our synastry and we have :
- His South Node conjunct tigly my Venus (less than 1 orb)
- His Venus conjunct my Descendant (3 orb)
- His North Node conjunct my Jupiter (3 orb)
- His Sun conjunct my Moon both planets in Taurus (9 orb)
- His Pluto conjunct my Venus (6 orb)

What do you think about having a lot of retrograde planets in one's natal chart ? All his outer planets are retrograde.

We'll start hanging out next week (I don't know whether or not it's a date lol so let's just say hanging out xD).

Lovely reading this feedback of yours. I'm happy to see that what I read from the horary is already happening and that this guy looks like to be the real deal.

Your synastry with him looks good. I don't know much about natal astrology or synastry, but yours looks promising. Maybe you should open up a thread asking for a synastry/composite reading? Then you can have a better idea on the potential for relationship.

On natal planets being retrograde, I can't say much. I have one planet retrograde, which is Mars, and I find that that makes the energy from this planet be redirected towards myself, i.e. I'm competitive with myself, I demand a lot out of myself, I'm accident-prone, I have lots of energy that have very few outlets (and few people notice the spikes of energy that I have, especially when I'm stressed). So retrograde planets, to me, symbolize internalization of the planets' energy. His being the outer ones, I don't think he would feel it so much, but it would still paint his aspects and internalize them. And also internalize the energy from the sign they're at. I'm not sure, but this is how I think it would manifest.

If it's something that is set into the future, then it is a date.
