I did an astrologer's chart, generated with the time and location when I understood your question. Here's the chart:

Moon in the 1st house - you're emotional and indecisive about this situation.

You're Mercury, guy is Jupiter. You have a separating trine going on between you, which I think represents more or less how long you've been seeing each other, 9 weeks/months.

You are both retrograde, so you're both feeling weak and secondguessing yourselves and each other. It's okay, we're going through a period of miscommunication and we just left Venus Rx behind us, so all relationships have been tested this beginning of the year.

He's exalted and being received by your face in Cancer, so he is feeling strong enough to act but I guess he thinks you're not as invested in this possible relationship as he is. Totally wasn't paying attention!! Appx 7 hours (6 hours and 29 min, actually)after this reading, an old flame called to invite me on a vacation to Florida. Not only do I not want to go to the state, I would not risk my relationship progress with M to skip around Florida considering the trip would be months away from now. R is a blast to hang with, but no matter what, it'd have to be platonic and I know that's not what HE wants. I'm just done with him and although he understands me more, he has never treated me as well as M and is unavailable for ANY kind of relationship at that. If it was platonic AND I am in the same place I am with w/ M right now in another 2 mos, I would go for the fun and change of energy. If M is making moves, I'll pass!!

Totally caught me off guard, tho. Since when do we go on vacation together?! Huh?! LOL I told him in November someone was taking his place, so he needed to make a move. Tried to help a brotha out LOL

Your R sounds like fun and a bit crazy if he thinks he can just invite you on vacation when you've told him before you've your eyes set on someone else. Guys like that... are fun for a moment and to relax and let our hair down, but good for nothing else. Lol. I think you made a smart decision on not going.

Since you were so patient and sweet doing your reading for me, I pulled a few cards for "is LP's relationship with M progress in the next 3 months?" The answer was a no and I think this will be so because of a third person's interference. Also, M might be a bit busy working on his career, expanding his business opportunities, to be investing in a relationship at this moment in time. He might be interested in a casual, no-strings-attached relationship, though. Or he might be having/entering one of those. Is he the type that would be okay opting for casual over romantic relationships? If not and this doesn't resonate, please disregard. I might not even be connection to you rightly.

He IS trying to invest in career and switch jobs, but nothing major. He outwardly says he'd be good with a casual relationship, but he's changing the dynamic of our relationship. I can feel it. It's more of a "few strings attached" kind of thing he wants. I think you correct on the 3rd person interference, but he definitely wants a deeper connection. I got that from the horse's mouth. It's like when I slow down, he speeds up...switch! LOL

I'm glad I can help! Also glad you didn't think the reading was all gloom and doom, because I thought twice about writing it down. Good thing it resonates but doesn't make you upset. Let me know if the reading holds for the next 3 months? I'd love to be wrong about this, but I do think progress might only come a little later into the year.
