Looking for some advice. I am supposed to be somewhere, but I quite honestly do not really want to go. Especially since I slept very little (= grumpy) Should I just get over myself & go or should I pass?

I found out "the middle way' (temperance). I'll party join for the dinner half & that was just fine - just discussed it.
Quite heavy cards indeed. Ace pents RX could also signify some attention needs to be put into this area of life. But I think it also shows the lack of energy. I'm not detached enough to give solid feedback on the card meanings though. So I'm going with your interpretation I'm not afraid I will run into someone - but it is partly an effort.
