The bank reversed a credit placed on my account. I was told that they would not reverse the credit and that they had received the necessary documents from me. They did receive the paper work, but the credit was reversed anyway. I spoke with a manager last night who told me that he would contact the back office (who made the decision to reverse the fees) to see if they will reconsider and give me back the money.

I ended up talking to the bank again this morning about an unrelated issue and this issue came up again. This manager said that there is nothing that can be done. Although, the previous manager I spoke with last night is not yet in and has not called the back office on my behalf.

I REALLY need to know if this will get cleared up and if they will reverse the decision and credit me back the funds before the week ends. This took out all the MONEY in my account. I am absolutely devastated.

HELP PLEASE!!

Honestly I see it being cleared up. In the end, it will all be taken care of.

dont worry. call the other mangaer later today.

I think it will be "cleared in 24 hours"

Im guessing it will be taken care of today...but cleared tomorrow.

I called and spoke with another representative who had to send him an IM to return my call. I am so nervous! This has put me in a TERRIBLE situation.

Uh oh! I am just now seeing this. I called consumer affairs because he never returned my call. Consumer affairs said that they couldnt do anything either. I dont get it!!

I am on hold trying to talk to the original manager now. The rep I just spoke with said that she did not see any notes from consumer affairs. I am so screwed. I dont know how I am going to pay my bills!!!

don't contact any agency until you talk to him you need to personally talk to him call him tomorrow I don't care if they relayed a message to you on behalf of him....... call him tomorrow

Ok do you still see the issue getting resolved and them giving the money back? If so, by when? I am so sorry for asking so many questions!!! I am just so upset. I literally feel like crying

honestly I still do see the issue being cleared. in the end it will all be cleared. who what why how I don't know I just got the sense of the urgency that you need to talk to him

seriously don't leave a message keep calling until he literally picks up the phone! then if he still hasn't, then threatened to call the agency
