1) Who is the inside and who is the outside on the Synastry Chart?
2) Could you include a table of aspects for the Synastry?

On the synastry wheel I am the outside and he is the inside. also here is the table chart. He is the 1st person in the chart

Background on us
We have been dating on and off for about two years. Our relationship is def goes between being very intense to being very mellow....I think of it as a cool down moment. Very different from any other connection I've had. We come from very different worlds....its an interesting ride that I enjoy at some times and not so much at others.

From my personal experience (not saying he is this way) any guy whose planets fall close to my 7th house usually I do not feel romantically attracted to. They could be very physically attractive and all, but for some reason something about that planet (the one that falls into my 7th house) will trigger something negative that will annoy me about them (but only if they are sq to Saturn or something). What I wanted to initially say about almost all of your planets falling into his 7th house is that..you are prob. more into him than the other way around (from personal experience this is how it tends to play out for me, but d/w this is just my personal take on the matter -may not be entirely the same for you)

You can try to check both of your ASC rulers on the chart and see how they interact with one another. I found out that more often than not, when I have a synastry chart with soft aspect to my Saturn/Uranus (I'm Aquarius rising) that the guy usually ends up being a nice match for me =).

Yes, you do and your Venus+Mars are conjunct his descendant (even though it's wide, I still count it as being "in" the 7th house even though technically it is not - they fall into his 6th).

His Neptune is in your first house. This indicates that he finds you very dreamy looking and ofc attractive.

He has nothing in your Fifth House, which denotes a lack of romance from his part.

His Mars is in your Eighth House, which means that he will be committed to you passionately. He will have a deep, sexual attraction to you.

He has Uranus in your Twelfth, however, which makes it seem like he could do some very erratic things behind your back. He could be keeping something very revolutionary from you, and by that I mean something that could make or break the relationship.

His Sun and Mercury are in your Ninth House. He may open you to new ways of seeing the world.

Your Sun, Moon, and Mercury are all in his Seventh House, which shows a great level of initial attraction. Something about the way he carries himself really draws you to him.

Outside of House Overlays, the big thing I notice is Moon Square Moon, which shows a lack of emotional understanding and is often a deal breaker.

Tbh, at a glance, this relationship is a bit of paradox. You're probably very confused about what to do with it because you know it's wrong, but it feels so right. Overall, I think it'll help both of you to grow as people. But I don't think he's the one. I may change my mind after looking at the Composite and Synastry Aspects though. I'll do those as soon as I can. I'm really sorry again for not being more on top of this.

So, I was about to start interpreting your Composite chart and thought to myself, "I've already done house placements for all of these." So, I looked at my response to you and saw that I hadn't. "Where are they? I'm absolutely certain that I talked about Sun, Mercury, and Venus in the Eighth and Neptune in the Twelfth. And I'm pretty sure the Eighth House was Virgo in that chart too. Hmm..." And then I realized that it was a different person with a very similar chart.

This was my response to them:
"I love Eighth House placements in Synastry and Composite charts. This is because the Eighth House is the house of marriage and long-term commitment. Having the Sun, Mercury, and Venus there shows a lot of commitment from both sides. You will give your egos, intellect, and emotions to the relationship. All three of these will be open in the relationship, both to use for the other and for sacrifice for the other. They will also undergo great transformation. Your ego, intellect, and emotional self will all be influenced greatly by those of the other, and it is quite possible that this creates a lasting change in your outlook on these matters.
The problems I see in this relationship are Neptune in the 12th and an empty 5th House.

Neptune in the 12th can be both very good or very bad, depending on how it manifests. There can be much spiritual revelation and psychic connection. However, it can also create illusions and false dreams. It's hard to tell which it would do in this chart because it forms both hard and nice aspects.

An empty 5th House can lead to a relationship that lacks romantic qualities. This isn't to contradict the 8th House statements (which, as a side note, enhance sexual pleasure as well). The 5th House represents small displays of affection and romance, everyday things that keep the relationship spark alive. This relationship may find itself struggling to keep that spark alive."

Now to deal with aspects. I use a relatively tight orb system for compatibility readings.

Sun Conjunct Mercury: You love to communicate with one another. You never find yourselves short on something to talk about. You are very in tune with what the other person wants to say to the extent that you can say what the other person is going to before they do. You may find yourselves competing for the chance to talk, however. This aspect doesn't mean that communication will be positive, but that it'll be very existent. This will be a relationship that relies heavily on intellect. You will learn a lot together, and you will like to learn together.

Sun Conjunct Venus: You love each other. You may not know why, but you find that you have a deep affection for one another. There is something that keeps you attracted to each other; pretty much no matter what the other does, you will still love them just the same.

Moon Square Mercury: As in any relationship, you will talk to each other on an emotional and subjective level. You may find that this discussion interferes with rational matters or that conflicts regarding this don't make sense in rational terms. They're not supposed to. This relationship is one in which you will be forced to examine your own feelings, to really figure out what you desire emotionally. You will come to question your beliefs about relationships and reexamine your ideals. You will have differences in opinions about many things with one another. Be open to each other's viewpoints, however, as they can lead to much growth and much connection on an intimate level to the extent where you will be able to tell each other just about anything and everything.

From the last two aspects alone, it seems as though this relationship is meant to make you grow on both an objective and subjective level as long as the two of you keep open minds.

Moon Square Venus: And this is where the boat sinks, lol. My opinion from the house overlays has been confirmed by this aspect. You will have great affection for one another. But there will be great emotional difficulty. You won't be able to spend a day with each other, nor a day without each other. What you should do is spend part of a day with each other. As in, give each other space, a lot of space. This is another teaching aspect. It teaches about compromise, about the us being bigger than the me and you. But it is hard. Chances are, this will break the relationship. One or both of you won't be able to give themself to the relationship because their individuality, freedom, own needs, etc. is more important to them than the relationship.

Moon Trine Mars: There is energy and vitality in this relationship. You don't waste a lot of time arguing. With the above aspects, it might help you to spend more time arguing, but you probably don't. Whatever your goals are as a couple, you will be emotionally driven to achieve them. It seems like they may have something to do with learning. Are you two in college or something? It seems like there's a lot of emphasis on education of some sort.

Mercury Conjunct Venus: Your sense of style and visions of aesthetic beauty are similar. Discussions about art, romance, and beauty are probably common. You are very able to articulate your affection for one another. You will likely sugarcoat disagreements and/or avoid heavy subjects altogether. However, as said earlier, it might do you good to delve into the heavier, more emotional matters.

Mercury Sextile Jupiter: You share intellectual thoughts with one another and do so comfortably. Your sense of humor are about the same. You tend to agree on philosophical matters for the most part. You enjoy communicating with each other, especially about large scale social/political events. You strengthen one another's optimism/faith.

Mars Square Jupiter: You will find yourselves taking more risks than you normally would due to an enhanced optimism and a heightened competitive spirit. You will push each other to reach your goals. You must do something productive, however, or you will find all of the energy this aspect provides turning into restlessness and resulting in arguments. Your egos may tend to clash due to the competitiveness between you two. You may make rash decisions. Think things through before doing them.

There isn't much else. I can see that you were born pretty close to one another as far as time goes, so most of your outer planet aspects don't really matter that much.

However, you are not an ideal; you are human, and he may have difficulty accepting that once he catches on. He is greatly attracted to the you in his mind, even more than the real you.

His Mars Square Your Moon: There is a lot of sexual tension and a lot of emotional aggression in this relationship. You may feel that your emotional needs are not being met, and when you feel this way, you may become aggressive towards him, which will invoke a competitive response from him. There is likely to be a lot of argument and also a lot of making up.

If I remember correctly, the other stuff wasn't looking too good. This sheds a new light on things. The theme here seems to be innovation and creativity. As far as those go, you seem to bring out the best in each other. There is, however, emotional tension.
