He said he doesn't know any lawyer and he asked for my legal opinion. Made it pretty obvious that he's not comfortable filing the suit by himself. I'm thinking he was indirectly asking me to take on his case? Even said he would send me the papers so I could analize.

I don't know, I don't know... Is this a good idea? What will come out of this, if I do take on his cause?

I thought as much, but I wanted confirmation. I can give him orientation without him having to pay for it. He knows I have no income (I actually told him that yesterday), so it would make me extremely uncomfortable if he were to give me any kind of money, it would make me feel as if I was some beggar or something, lol.

Hey Fille - I took a quick look for you since this seems serious to you. Is there some traveling or something "foreign" involved here??

This will stress you out - it seems like there is a lot of "competition" (this should happen before 6 months are through - any day before 6 months). You may actually help him look through some paperwork and hire a diff. lawyer instead? help him research things like that, but to take on the case yourself would be really stressful and may cause some emotional disappointment a bit. It just looks really stressful .. and the word "foreign" keeps coming to me.

Did I check on his feelings for you already? I know you answered an horary q. of mine that I haven't provided feedback for. I have to go look for that thread

Hey Empress, thanks for the reading!

I guess you can say that the whole process and legal system is foreign to him. Everything else is very much national and common, but he didn't even know there is a court house 10 min away from where he works.

I actually told him he shouldn't spend a dime on a lawyer because his case is very cut-and-dried and fits into one of the possibilities regular people can represent themselves in court (without counselling). Still, he offered to cut his winnings 50/50 with me, just like I thought he would. I'm still pushing for him to do this alone and me just tweaking here and there.

Yup, you checked on his feelings. He's the one who's very attracted to me but has another woman in his life? I don't know if you'll remember him.

So, I sent the pre-set form I had with me. Only, I realized after sending it, it had my name AND another guy's name on it. I should've checked and taken out the other guy's name... What an ass and what a mess. He's probably thinking I'm dating this other guy. ARGH.

I got a strange ending of a 9 of swords. In near future, I'd say the hierophant says he knows this is what you do. People will be interacting with you. So the 9 of swords really is about his fear of going about this. He doesn't wanna handle this. He get the overwhelming feeling of procrastination here.

The two of cups is the environment. No heartbreak cards. Queen of cups in the crown says he was grateful for the help. 6 of swords crossed by 8 of wands with passion and force says he feels he's got a start, but the enthusiasm will fizzle.

He's not worried about that name.

Lol, I understand his feelings. It's overwhelming at first but with my orientation he should be okay - should I continue to guide him or should I just let him be? What do you feel? The Virgo in me wants to take over and take care of everything for him - so annoyingly embarrassing, because I only act this way towards family and very close friends.

He is currently busy with work (seriously) and feeling overwhelmed. He's also focused about whatever he's doing right now.

He is possessive of you, btw. You're dreamy, emotional and lovely in his eyes, don't worry too much about what he's thinking about you. I think this relationship hasn't reached the emotional realm yet; it feels more like it's a thing of the flesh and attraction based.

Right. DON'T FREAK, but he's hiding a woman from you. I don't think she's a girlfriend, past, actual or potential, or anything like that. I would say he's hiding her because he's afraid of losing you because of her, over jealousy perhaps.

He's not hiding the woman. I know there was someone. Actually a presentish/past sort of thing. I think he's hiding what's happened between them. That's what he won't talk about. I think if he talks about it, I'll expect more from him. If you're saying they're DONE DONE, I can see why he would hide that.
