I've been on a major transition to vegan and gluten free lifestyle but the last 3 weeks or so I have been going wayyyyy off pathMy body is reacting with bloating and I feel awful mentally too I was also meditating and doing yoga and haven't done either recently :-/ noooo motivation or discipline lately I know mars just went retro recently. When did saturn go retro? Do we feel the affects of the retro before it happens?? Anyone else experience self sabotaging times? IP: Logged |

and I hate it....it's like I set myself my diet and exercise and I have the will, and I can do it for months, but all of a sudden I've been feeling I can't do it.
My body shows it but my MIND is the most affected.IP: Logged |

Same here! I was doing SO WELL and then pffttt stopped completely I felt like I couldn't go on. I've been on high interval intensity/with some strength core training for the past 5 months my four pack is disappearing D:.Sometimes I just stand before the mirror and say "you've let me down BIG time, yep BIG TIME" *sigh* its frustrating. As Saturn and Mars are transiting my first house Mars has been lingering over my Ascendant for a while now its 2 degrees away atm in the 1st house saturn is about to leave my first and going to go into my second not looking forwards to that saturn return seeing as I have saturn in the second natally. I thought Mars conjunct AC was suppose to give you Umph! :/ IP: Logged |
