It's only meant to be if you would want that. No one is telling you you should be with him. By the looks of the cards there's a level of comfort that may be appealing for you, but it's not on and emotional level & based on practicalities/comfort. So I think it would cause more stress to be with someone like this & it possibly makes you feel 'trapped'. Who is the one unable to let the other go? If it's him, don't play into it if you are actually already sure that deep feelings of love aren't there.
