Hey all

I am full of sadness, I think it must be the full moon. Moon is squaring my sun

That was me last night. My friends decided to stay home last night after I was dressed. I really wanted to go out and I feel like I'm getting depressed. I feel extra needy today and my daughter doesn't want to spend time with me.
This started in November but it's getting distractingly worst now

Sag you were on my mind this morning.

A message for both of you: spend the day pampering yourselves - whatever that means to each of you; anything that will aid you each in 'just breathing' through this period _and_ facilitate more objective self-examination.

Hope this helps.

I really thought I was going crazy today because I've been on the verge of tears all day! I just feel so down so I'm glad I'm not the only person feeling this way.

liv, I'm getting very strong indication that meditation will serve you particularly well if you'll commit to it on a regular basis!

Really? Thank you. I've been trying to write my mentoring modules but my thoughts have been so clouded and I've been so insecure. I kept telling myself the more I focus in helping others the better id feel but I just couldn't connect to my thoughts.
I've even lite prayer candles and I feel they are compelling me to clear my head and mind. I'm going to try today

The full moon was so beautiful last night! I made a wish under the moon and stars.

A new week, a new start.
