I wish I had better news. I think that this guy has moved on. You cared about him and tried to show it in your own way. Now you are left wondering and worrying about what happened. For whatever reason, he felt the need to turn things over and start again. You need to try and resist the urge to contact him or obsess over his actions. It seems like he could hurt you further and you might find out there was another person or factor in the picture. He has probably betrayed you in some sense. The cards aren't super clear about whether he'll contact you or not, but my impression is that you won't hear from him, but you might find out what happened through another channel, be it facebook or a friend or running into him. That's just the vibe I'm getting.

In any case, try and give yourself a rest from the stress. I know whatever is happening right now is not what you wanted, but try to find something else to focus on...maybe that will help, and if he ends up popping up you can deal with it then.

As far as running into him or anything I can't see that happening only because we don't live near each other and he doesn't have Facebook. But things go in circles and you just never know how people pop in and out of your life.

I really am trying hard to move past him and I haven't tried to contact, with the exception of sending him a short happy birthday message last week. The only thing I wish I knew was what happened as I feel he just made the decision and didnt bother to tell me, just left me hanging.
