I have a few close friends, good people, but I am noticing that all of these friendships involve a lot of listening and consoling from my end. When they need something, I am always there and I would talk for hours consoling them. However, in the rare event that I try to talk about an issue, I tend to get a very superficial reaction, and they will quickly return to talking about themselves or another random thing. Is there anything in my chart that could explain this? I have no problem giving, but this is exhausting and hurtful to me, since I feel snubbed by people I care for. So any insight would be great!!

I'm not an in depth expert on reading natal or any chats but from a general perspective, you have all the giving signs. Taurus and Pisces are such generous and giving signs. Putting in more effort to help others and in an almost endless way. I feel with the reliability and stability of the Taurus and limitless and open ended ness of Pisces makes you the ultimate dumping ground for your friend`s stress. Often times your kindness can be taken advantage, you eventually stress yourself possibly if you don't find an outlet or a balance in friendship.

I'd look into your aspects more by checking out some of their meanings online. Also try looking at what signs your friends are.

There is a quote somewhere, something like; 80% don't care at all, 19% are glad you have them, and the other 1% will genuinely try to help you out with them.

Could be the reverse, 20% don't care 79% are glad you have them and 1% genuineley care.

Either way, be happy that you are a 1%. Just make sure that you are not being taken advantage of. I always take time to myself, when friends etc. ask me, I'd really like to catchup or need to talk to you about something. Or I will just sometimes say, I'm taking some me time, I need time alone, apart and space from people.

Set your own boundaries.

Yup, Sun in Taurus and Moon in Pisces makes you sensitive and giving in an unconditional love kind of way. I also notice your NN is in Aquarius which means that you will need to develop a more group or social oriented conscience but as everyone else said, it's a balance of equality and boundaries - not that you need to be a doormat and not have your own needs met.

Most of your personal planets are in pisces which is a very sensitive sign that keeps giving without expecting much back (even if they would like to be on the recieving end). And I think a cancer asc could make you feel unappreciated easily.

Sometimes its hard for a piscean person to set boundaries. Either talk to yr friends about it, treat them how they treat you, or find new friends and don't set your self up to be someones therapist. Make sure your future relationships are give & take

All of these placements combined make me want to just hug you up, honestly. I'm Taurus sun, Virgo ascendant, Leo moon and I know how sensitive I can be at times... and my Virgo asc logic and rationale and Leo moon pride generally help balance me out a bit.

Do you meditate? If you don't, you should (just my opinion - it helps a TON). If you do, integrate some self-affirmations into your daily practice. The world ultimately sees what you project: if you're unconsciously projecting that you're either too strong to need help and attention (a rather classic Taurus trait I can be accused of rather often) or worse, that you somehow "don't deserve it" (martyrdom can be a trait of Cancerian influence - that's where your Jupiter falls); the world around you (unfortunately) does not investigate further, and takes that assessment at face value.
