So I found out today one of the managers who I really like is leaving. She was part of a small group of people who were all hired together and knew each other before this.

I'm pretty worried about the direction of the company as she was a big innovator. I'm also concerned the others will leave too, and they are key to our success.

Could someone pull cards and see if this is going to affect my position? What advice should I heed? Is the company going to improve or get worse?

I can tell times are a' changing.

I got page of pentacles, justice and 10 of cups.

I think the page of pentacles represents the manager who is leaving, it is someone who was very passionate about their job. Um for justice its about balance and fairness so I think that if people do leave there will be enough who stay to move the company forward. Also you may want to talk to the person who is leaving and pick their brain about how they did their job so well and perhaps you will become who they were on the job. I see overall that you will be happy at your job and have emotional fulfillment.

I'm kind of new to this so I would wait for others to respond.

Twitter, of course you know that any time key players leave an environment, shake-ups impact the structure. However, I feel like the greatest potential impact on your position will come from within you. I believe you're valued at your current position, so you won't be 'messed with' in any detrimental way; but I'm not feeling you're going to like the structure in its evolving incarnation - we're all resistant to change to some degree, particularly when it involves our sense of security.

I'd encourage you to be patient and allow yourself to see where it goes before deciding to move on (which I think you will be considering at more than one point during the transitions to come). That's not to say that you will stay or go one way or the other; just that I think that decision will be completely within your own control, and that you won't really know how it will 'fit' you until the transitions have been made. From chaos comes growth.

Like kianna, I also see an increase in responsibility for you this could be good or bad, depending on your perception and any package offered along with that increased responsibility.

Hope this helps.

Thanks LT. I don't really see myself considering leaving, but I do have some concerns. I think this mostly makes sense. I doubt it will affect my responsibilities but it may affect my ability to get things done in the best way possible...if that makes sense.

Got a question?

This makes sense Kianna - I don't think I'd take her place (too far up) but I do think I'll be happy here. Up until this point I've been incredibly optimistic about things and I even got a raise/promotion on Jan. 1st.

Got a question?

I pulled the King of Wands, Four of Cups, Lovers and the Four of Pentacles.

I almost get the sense that this person might not fully appreciate the offer, even if you tell them about it. They may be too comfortable where they are at to actually try for it. Offer it to them anyways, they may for a time find it appealing. I just don't get much action off of this spread. You'd think someone like the King of Wands would be jumping all over an opportunity but it seems stagnant with two fours in there.

Thoughts?

yea they have a job now, but i found an opportunity that may benefit them, i already told them lol. Its someone who i was talking to and things are kind of confusing between us now, i guess that's why the lovers showed up. if they take it or not at least i did the right thing.

may i ask another question, this time its about me and a job lol, i finished the app and was wondering if i should submit and do you see me getting it?
