Queen of Pentacles represents what you cannot do about the situation - This is a little foggy for me...but I sense it shows that maybe he is focused on a female family member? Regardless, this is not a bad card for this spot.

But I do agree it's temporary. Change throws her off, but she gets back to happy later if she can handle the change.

Yeah I don't read reversals either. I didn't think Moonstruck did but I've been seeing some in her readings lately.

I have a deck that I don't use rx on but my original deck (rider-waite) if they pop in I will use that interpretation

The deck I do not use rx interpretations for is a crystal/chakra tarot deck & it came with a guidebook which said the rx meanings don't apply with that deck

I really love both. When I do a reading I typically look at both decks and see which one "asks" me to read from it
