As the title said, I just woke up from some crappy dreams and I pulled three cards as to why I was having them but if anyone (preferably a bit experienced as I know dreams can be messy) can pull some cards as to why I'm having these, where are they coming from that would be cool. I may have an idea but I'm clearly close to the situation and I may have a skewed outlook.

Oh wow, that intense. Think the answer will be in the symbolism of the dream more than in the cards. But if it's that personal, I can understand. You can mail it to me if you want.

For your cards: having a quick look. There's the need to go deeper into feelings of suffering/struggle, perhaps feeling disconnected & alone. I think somewhere you have also decided to get to the truth of this situation thus it's surfacing through your subconcious. It feel like a spiritual need as well. What's keeping you in this place seems an overall theme. Possibly a (paralysing - nauseating) fear of being 'left alone' also seems to be related and/or that was what the emotion felt when you woke (& possibly now still)
If that doesn't resonate, you can discard of course.,

Ok that does seem to resonate.

I had pulled 6 of discs-6 of cups-tower as to why I was having that dream and I got that it relates to something in the past that came to a quick end. Or quick disruption. Do you see the same thing? It's why I wanted objective input.
