Lately I seem to be scared of my own shadow. I keep jumping at the littlest thing, literally my own shadow at time (from the corner of my eye), the flicker of my clothes or some other fabric I brush up against, or some imagined movement.

What gives?

i got 8 of swords for past, death for present and page of cups for future. I think it is nothing, just an irrational fear you are having. Stop being afraid, you have nothing to fear, the unknown should be discovered not feared. you are going through a transition and are becoming more intune with the spirit world. you are very sensitive right now to psychic phenomena. But in the future your abilities will be strengthened and you will have clarity.
