I have to ask. What the hell is everyone's problem in my office where I work. It's about 6 people. I find them hosital, much tension, and a lot of back stabbing....I have taken on other projects in my 3 years of being here, so I've come and gone from this office. But it's like they have a grudge against me.

They talk about each other, I know that, but I know they all talk about me. It's hell to be here.

What's the issue? Is it because I came into this position as an assistant for the dean and they did not. Do they feel like i dont deserve to be in this positon? (please I have a masters!) I think it also has to do with a race thing as well. But even my two bosses say that, yet to their faces they are nice to them. It's soooo messed up. I can't seem to win with these people.

Any insight would be great!

I cant get clarity on this but it's either you’re going to have creative difficulties/difference dealing with a job, or you will be working on a new endeavor that allows u to use your creativity. I can't make it out but it's good energy. So even if they were challenging at first...you'll come out ahead. I can't remember if you were work in law? If so, it could u winning an argument. Will, whatever it is, you have victory at the end...so yay!

ok, also... I am not sure what your social life looks like...but it's recommended that you join a group, like a hang out group...after hour drinks. I just see wine...so I'm guessing it's a push for you to focus a bit more on developing your social like, but also to vent. Again it's "recommend"....i just keep seeing that word. Perhaps you know why it’s stressing that word.

I would like some insight on how I can be successful, really own my job, be the best...

If you saw my natal, you know I have a stalian in my 6house and in my 7th house. However, rel and career seem to be my karma. I get bad expereinces ALOT! Like I got sex. harr. at my last job, I took a $25k pay cut because I just couldn't work there anymore!

Like when is it my time in life to have a great job that I love, and where people love me and not want to sleep with me or try and take me down. Im a good worker and I do get praised a lot, it makes girls angry.

But u know what, there are other pretty/prettier, smarter, better girls and they don't get this **** !

So ok enough ranting...whatever u can tell me!

Nothing shattering/changing/or out of the ordinary. But there is stress from misgivings. Don¡¦t get yourself down. And I am told you have all the answers anyways¡Kdon¡¦t sulk. It looks like you¡¦re gonna get your hopes up knowing it¡¦s unreasonable. I hate to say ¡§don¡¦t aim to high¡¨, but¡K.

So, again it just looks like everyday life situations for the next couple months, which is good¡Knothing really bad then ƒº

However, I do have 4 interviews coming up, 3 at the same college working with residents. one at a diff place working with residents and med students. And a nonprofit-healthcare job but I'd work with drs.

I hear what you're saying and yes, I actually changed my mind frame. before Id miss a lot of days cause i hated it.

but the issues or deeper. They are saying I get ahead because I'm white. I work with the dean because Im white. I never had to do front desk because im not black.

You are right, they don't like you. They are fed up or sick and tired of you. Sorry if I'm being harsh, but this is coming strongly across to me. It's like they never liked you from the get go and they're not open for their opinion of you to be changed.

They're envious of the attention you garner from your superiors. They think you're wishful and overly lucky, that you have the perfect life and whatever you need/want. Have you ever talked about your personal life and even hopes for marriage? I think they find your whole inclination towards those annoying and unrealistic. Not sure why this is coming across, though... If you haven't talked about any of that and they can't know about any of it, then this means they think you got your job through a relationship with some higher-up. That you didn't have to work for it, if you know what I mean.

I think it’s time for you to become a bit more aggressive on things with your life. Perhaps it’s saying you will be…more of a go getter with job related situations and social life.

I do work in law, yes. I actually have a court meeting coming up in 3 weeks, so I hope this energy concerning creativity is about that. Or something even better will come up!

My social life is suffering a little for a long while now, as I'm focusing on my studies/work. I'm not much of a initiator of stuff, so this might mean I'll be more active on things. That would be nice, I think.

not one of them has a masters and I do which is why I was picked to work with the Dean.
