His restlessness I think come from Uranus at Aries point in a T-square with Moon and Mercury. Emotions are fluctuating, he's not someone easy to understand. Sun in Pisces tend to drift, it needs some anchor. Sun in 1st is square by Neptune in 10th, it could be that he finds it very hard to connect his ideals with that of his entourage. Mars and Venus conjunct Sun in Pisces, Merucry conjunct ASC in AQUA, he doesn't lack charm and could be very charismatic himself. The problem is maybe he's very enthusiastic about starting, but eventually will let things crumble because of a lack of determination to see things through.
Another thing jumped out at me is the two Yods that are linked together with Taurus Moon in 3th and Libra Pluto in 8th at the apexes. It could be an unsettling conflict between the need to belong and the desire to go deep and explore all the dark sides of humanity. I'm not sure it involved romantic relationships but any deep relationship will surely activate those two. Eventually something will happen that he can't help but be transformed and being responsible with his emotions.
Saturn in 7th makes only a conjunction with Retrogade Jupiter. Transit to this point will trigger his Saturn issues that has to do with his moral ideals. The only Earth element that gives practicality to deal with day to day activity here is Moon in Taurus, but she's being bombarded by a T-square and two Yods. Finding a way to be grounded in routine is a struggle for him.
Part of Fortune on MC SAG, maybe travel could help him get some insights. He could be very well off career wise but he must learn to take responsability for his work and emotional attachment. I see that he has potentials for great success, he needs to tap into his resources to release his self.
