I think V has been in a state of introspection and with 4/swords in the outcome I feel the email represented a new beginning and with 4/S like a lot of ideas/thoughts are swirling around that may feel restrictive
V may be feeling divided

4/S represents the heart chakra so this issue will speak loudly there
