Hi Moonstruck,
Uranus and Pluto are VERY slow movers, so this has been affecting your Venus for a while, and will continue.
But, Uranus is separating( it is on the 13th degree of Aries now, and your Venus is on the 13th degree as well) so now the aspect is exact/strongest. But it is separating, meaning it has reached the culmination and is now slowly,SLOWLY going away.
Keep in mind Uranus stays in one sign 7 years, although the orbit is 7 degrees, so you will be feeling this for a little longer. At least a year or two more until it moves away.

Pluto on the hand, is also a super slow mover, but it goes back and forth( slowly as well), so I m not sure how much longer or many times it will pass your 13th degree/exact degree.
It is currently on the 13th degree as well opposing your Venus exact.
Maybe that's why you are feeling it strongly.

I d look forward to when they start separating more, at least a few degrees from 13, their influence should start weakening..

hope this helps
