With knight of wands here I think it def shows that he is capable of pursuing you
I asked my friend Lost Taurus for some insight on this spread bc 3 of pents is about team work and functioning well as a unit so the first two cards sort of seemed contradictory

BUT ten of cups is a great outcome card so overall, LT recommended do some flirting, make your interest know and then let him take it from there & I think you both will be happy

This makes complete sense - and 3 of pentacles is because we work together - team work - not only that, but a lot of time it's just me - that's one of the reasons I wasn't sure about pursuing anything with him because we work together.

And I love the idea about me making my intentions a bit more clear and letting him follow.

So if I look at the two spreads together it seems to me that at the moment it's going well (the sun) but will reach a crossroad and I think there will be some separation (10 of wands) however renewal will soon follow (within a month) (ace of wands) but I think you won't be happy (5 of pentacles).

I think things will be good for a while and that summer will hold some celebratory moments but with 5 of cups I don't think you will be satisfied in the end
There may be some sort of spat. I don't think it will be a big ordeal, just things won't turn out the way you had hoped
