Topic: Help...my colleague drives my crazy

Hello there,I am a freelancer and since February I have a new job. So far so good but my colleague (male, unmarried, 38 yrs. old) is sooo bossy, sooo critical and sooo sarcastic that I sometimes would love to punch him. He is not my boss, he is my colleague only but he acts as if the he holds the majority of the company's capital. Ergh...
How can I get out of this? Why do I feel so opressed by him? Is it his Saturn on my ascendant? Am I too sensitive?

Hi Enneline,The first thing I notice is the difference in personalities! This comes up as the King of Swords/The Fool--in the relationship, someone is extrmely smart--but almost like, too smart--too sharp, too much! This especially true through the perspective of The Fool--who really is just trying to be happpy, have a good time and get moving! So, I see there is a need to express these two energies. In order to achieve some balance, the energy is at an emotional high, so high it leaves a blocked feeling, and the success of projects cannot even be acknowledged!! So, this energy between you two has to be expressed. As far as the future---I don't know why I am getting this (and please, do not be offended by this, but I just have this feeling--if I am wrong--please disregard!!!) But, I kind of see you both being friends actually and there are some realy tender feelings coming through--especially in terms of feelings--and these feelings are REALLY strong...and it will lead to an understanding and maybe something more. Now that I think of it, I think of Saturn as a learning experience though......and that same Saturn (his) is also conjuncting your venus in cancer....which I think can be sweet? (If also meddling, and overprotective)What is more jarring is probably your mars conjunct his sun and mercury in gemini. You may seems provoking to him just because you are smart--he is already intelligent and a quick thinker with that conjunction--and you add to that with your quick actions and snappy wit also. It's like going toe to toe with someone mentally......and with Gemini, words are really powerful! Also....now I see that your mercury conjunct jupiter (again, great intelligence) is conjunct his asc in Leo (leos are nice, but they DO think they know it all), so again, that is like a test of wits, ego issue right there. But, with leo, it can be a lot of warmth there as well...since conjucntions mean the energy is explosive, even if it is the same.... IP: Logged |

Yes. Your interpretations like being right on the path But venus conjunct saturn and the asc makes me feel critized all the time. Maybe our synastry would be good enough to maintain some kind of good relations. For really strong tender feelings: there are no wow-aspects. In my humble opinion. Mars opposition Pluto does not help to improve the situation. A love relationship sounds ridiculous to me: no strong venus aspects and above that: no planets in the 7th house; (and no aspects involving their rulers) IP: Logged |
