Seems like they were a bit guarded, feeling territorial, king/swords rx shows they may have ill feelings towards you?? This card shows suspicion. 6/cups for outcome is confusing me here bc it's soooo different from the other 2 cards but it shows nostalgia, looking back on the good times. Were you all good friends at one point?

Hmmm… random, but did you break a promise or did CB break a promise to you? I do think there's hope, and it looks like CB will stay in your life for a long time and it has to do with a sudden realization about the opportunity he has at hand here with you, perhaps realizing how valuable you really are to him. Yes, he's stubborn and he doesn't open up and you are much more open than him but i do feel he truly loves and values you in his own way and doesn't want to throw that away. He believes there's hope, but he will show you by being there… not by doing anything extra. I feel like he would be very surprised you need him as much as you do.

I don't know them personally so it's a little difficult to pick up "who" in the reading, in which case I'll just describe what I see… the first thing that popped in my head is you caused a confident guy a lot of worry. He has anxiety about you, feels unsteady. I see you as the Queen of Pentacles, down-to-earth and well aware of your worth. I think you have control over the situation but you're not using it as some kind of power trip like most women do. You should put more effort into the one that inspires you and makes you happiest. The Wheel of Fortune is represented by Jupiter / Sagittarius while the King of Wands is obviously a fire sign laden person. Now, neither of them NEED to be fire signs for this to correlate but it's the energy of it all. The person who you feel most comfortable sharing your dreams with. I sense there's a difference in the way each of them make you feel and if you were to actually sit and reflect you would realize one really isn't doing a good job of keeping your attention. maybe. As time goes on I realize I don't really like him that much and he annoys me, but I think as long as both of us are benefitting - what's the harm? I don't think I will hear from him for a couple days because of Tuesday night though.

I told him I wished he wasn't so far away and he said "Yeah well. Way things are sometimes." He likes to blog pictures… awhile ago I'd asked him what "Friends" character he related to most and he wouldn't give me a straight answer, but he blogged a picture of Chandler later. Then we stopped talking, had fights, time passed, etc. Today he posted a pic of Rachel that said "I've sort of had feelings for you." and I thought they might have correlated.

YES they were guarded or just kind of standoffish! I felt like maybe they were upset because of NN somehow but couldn't make sense of it. But his best friend was encouraging when I went up to sing so I thought I was reading too much into it.

Uhm…. yes, but I think the experience may be cut short by something. There's lots of flirting and build up to it but for some reason it isn't this grand romantic experience or you may not be in the mood .

so overall this clarifying spread doesn't feel as negative as the first. so I don't sense it's anything DIRE however there is still a cautious/guarded feeling here but I think NN's friends know who you are essentially and are just being cautious

He's okay with it though and isn't dwelling on it 9/cups rx shows me he has said something about Tuesday to his friends unfortunately - this was a shallow move on his part and he feels 'proud' of himself so to speak

I'm not surprised, I keep getting pentacles for you guys. No wands, no cups, just straight up Pentacles. I think what draws him to the union in general is the challenge of it. It's work, it's kind of difficult but he also has intense urges for you. He does think you're pretty yes.
