Sorry I kind of forgot about this. But I'll try to answer some of your questions now.

I'll start with fertility and marriage. You have relatively average fertility. You'll probably have a kid or two, not a ton. And chances are, they'll have strong Neptune or Pisces in their chart because you have Pisces on the Cusp of the Fifth House, and the house is empty.

There is something really interesting about this, however. Pisces on the Cusp of the Fifth tends to make you feel like you're living in a fantasy world. You might walk around at times and imagine that you're in a movie or something like that. You dream both awake and asleep. The other thing is that Pisces on the Cusp of the Fifth comes with 'forbidden love.' Most of the relationships that you'll be in are likely to be forbidden for some reason or another or you'll have a hard time being together. This can be for a multitude of reasons, social, cultural, distance, careers, etc. It's likely that your relationships stay secret for a while before they come out into the open, and that will probably be the case with the relationship you have with the person you marry.

You will get married. I'm not good with timing. And tbh, I don't think Natal Charts in general are good with timing. That's more of a cards or horary thing. Transits and Natal charts tell when it might be likely that you have the opportunity to get married. But predicting the date of your marriage would be difficult.

Anyways, it looks like you're definitely going to get married. However, it also seems like you're going to get married twice. You don't seem to have a good grasp on who you are. Your chart ruler is in the Twelfth, and Saturn is on your Ascendant. You are hidden somewhere in your subconscious. I think that you will marry someone who is your friend before your partner. You will idealize her because she will understand you when you have difficulty doing so, which you will see as admirable. However, you will realize that she is not as perfect as you thought her to be, and when that happens, you will decide to move on. The good thing about your chart, even though I'm assuming you're a guy for no good reason, is that your gender doesn't matter. You have Venus Conjunct Mars. You also have Vertex Conjunct North Node in the Eighth House; that is some heavy karma there.

Your second spouse will come after you've discovered yourself spiritually. It seems like she'll bring balance into your life, and may well help you to awaken your inner self and bring out a deep sexuality and intenseness that you may have never consciously experienced.

It might take you a little while to get your career to take off, but it will. You'll take pride in what you do. It seems like it'll deal with some kind of communication or verbal expression and include showmanship of some sort. You may enjoy acting, but it could very well be something to do with sales or marketing as well.

Ya, I didn't really take age into account because I'm bad with timing. I tend to read the chart simply as it is without taking into account any of the adjustments made or lessons learned during the person's lifetime. I'm glad it resonated though.

Heavy karma as far as communication goes, learning a lot of different skills, being adaptable to your surroundings, being able to handle multiple tasks at once, tolerating others, acting on curiosity, and teaching what you learn to others. Adaptability is really highlighted here as it's possible that you'll be faced with much change in your life. It's also very likely that you meet who you feel to be your soul-mate. You will learn how to develop a very deep bond with another as well as how to handle foreign finances. You will have to be open to the advice and support that people offer you.
