My lots of things in this chart! Let me begin.

You are Venus, as the ascendant is ruled by Libra. Your decision, is Mercury as ninth house is ruled by Gemini and both travel and higher education rule this house.

Venus is in Aries in its detriment in the fifth house. Basically this is a very difficult decision for you and whatever you decide will not be easy. All right, so the ascendant ruler is Leo, so you are the sun. Since he is an acquaintance of yours he is Mercury as the eleventh house is being ruled by Gemini.

Now there are two ways of looking at this and interpreting it in my opinion, so I will do both and you tell me which resonates better.

In the case of you as Sun and him as Mercury there is no aspect. However both are making opposition to Saturn in the fourth hose. I think this means you two have a general dislike of each other. Even though Sun and Mercury are not conjunct htey are in the same sign and house(Taurus and the tenth) Do you two work together?

You are square the moon, ruler of the twelfth house(Take this with a grain of salt because I'm not too sure) I believe this means he knows something about you and your subconscious is picking up on it. Maybe something you did wrong at work that he will tell on you for?

The last major aspect is a square to the MC be careful you might lose your job over this if he tells.

However he is making a square to Neptune which is currently in the eighth house. Now that I see this, I don't believe you did anything wrong at work but that he did and is trying to blame you. I do believe it is of a financial matter, maybe he was stealing money? He will blame you because you two are currently set to work on something together. But I can't be sure.
My advice I would observe him closely and trust your instincts. Get some proof he is doing something wrong. He seems like a shady guy to me.

Please tell me if this resonates. If not, I will read it the other way I had in mind.

This is all I was hoping to hear. I've been on the fence regarding grad school mainly because this year has been very simple, fun, light and creative and I'm definitely a bit scared to start school all over again

However, as you stated, if I stay where I currently am, I'll never reach my dreams. That's exactly what I was thinking last night. I'm just a bit apprehensive of the workload (I had a pretty heavy workload when I was an undergrad and it drained me so much that I had to take this year off).

There was a man in the picture and he's the one who left. I had gotten into grad school before I even met him but I had to defer school for personal reasons. I then met him a couple of weeks later but he's gone now.

I wasn't sure if I even should go to grad school because of all of this delay I went through this year, but your reading did enlighten me and gave me hope

I think your speculation of you having troubles with him down the road is valid. And they seem like they will come mainly from him. You do not like him, but you are not a cruel person, so do not want to get him fired. However he will give you many problems in the future. So I think it is best to tell is my advice. But I don't see you doing that as much as the chart says you should.

Jupiter is in your sign(cancer) So all the luck is on your side.

I do see you having to put up with this person for a along time, however the time period is not clear.

He's involved in something which is a breach of professional and moral ethics. I don't have the heart to make him lose his job, but I know I can make his life a bit harder for him if he tries to one-up me in the future. I do not like him, and he had tried seducing me- I told him to duck off which may have bruised his ego.

First thing I feel is 'holding you ground'

(1) IX of Swords, rx- guilt/anguish.. know that things are beyond your control and sometimes sh*t hits the ceiling. It's really not your fault in any way.
(2) III of Wands- to learn that you need to trust your intuition and what your guts is telling you despite what things appear to be. There can be a nice layer of autumn leaves everywhere, but a huge pothole in the middle of the road covered by the leaves. Your intuition guides you to avoid the pothole.
(3) VI of Cups, rx- Idealising the past will not get you where you want to be in the future; so closure is needed.
(4) Ace of Wands, rx- that you should not put up with any type of emotional and psychological games which he is just brilliant at.
(5) Judgement- finally judgement. That you should not give your power away to anyone- what is your decision is your decision and that once you understand and stand your ground, you will get clarity over the situation.
