Hi, I'm looking for an exchange, preferably someone who has read cards for quite some time.
This is a luxury problem. Which holiday location to book. Option A

Lol. I'm afraid you are mistaken me for someone else  I haven't travelled abroad for the past year & I kept having to postpone it. I am so booking this now though.

I'll exchangeI didn't get the OBGYN position and I really like it. do you see why , what went wrong or what I need to improve on my question is will I get either of the Diabetes Association job if not do you when a new one is coming I will be back with us but I can already tell you you should go with option b IP: Logged |

I'm feeling option B.C.there are discounted deals for you get more bang for your buck. does one of them include meals or/and drink or maybe you have to buy like a separate package for that.... either way it's going to save you more money. option A feels more stuffy to me though I feel that your environment will be with an older crowd one of the options seems more serene and excluded so there won't be a lot of crowdedness so to speak, which well you're there will be the right fit that you were seeking go back and dig through your options for options b, compare and contrast. there is a package or simply an all inclusive better deal..... is there some reason you won't budge from option A?
I just got the message to relook at all your options from the option b and you'll be surprised by what still find and happy if you choose one of those IP: Logged |

the two ladies were from OB GYN. Kelly and JennaI've had two interviews with diabetes and it looks like I'll have one more, because they suggested I go for a different position

Thanks. I'll sit down for your cards in a bit. Let's put in a verifying question to play safe. I have difficulties connecting with your energy & this was the position I actually thought you would get, no? Altough there was some heaviness surrounding it which I couldn't place. Did they go with a guy instead? Did you hear that already? Think I would be surrounded by an older crowd at A. Yes. And I don't really want to budge from option A, because it looks so pretty & serene. Plus this has been on my want to visit list for a long time. But all deals in B are better price wise. I loved one of them, but it was impossible to get a ride there from the airport which would make it really expensive.
I'll go over it again. Not sure what verifying question to include for you? Any ideas?

They didn't tell me who they selected so it could have been a guyI guess I want to know why didn't choose me. was it something specific I said or did the interview? what did they feel I lacked in I basically just want to improve whatever it is I'm doing wrong.... and that's fine if they felt somebody had better quality but if there is anything that I can improve on it would like to know IP: Logged |

Okay, I'll ask that. From the original cards pulled I wasn't under the impression you did anything 'wrong' at all. I thought you nailed it & came across as knowledgable, pro-active & someone who could also execute orders & tell others to.

As for the why you didn't get it, I'm getting the same male card again. It's not necessary always that this is a male, but someone with some masculine energy. A calm person that has been working in this field before & quite some background in it.
I also see the field of medicine/healing again. I see you have been putting your vision forward, driven, inspired, etc. So that's all good. I also think they really liked you & your skills, but unfortunately they decided to not offer you a contract. Did you leave out any details that they should have known about and/or do you feel that some of your insecurities/tiny bit of anxiety/nerves were shining through in the conversation? (This would be only normal though, when showing you are open to exoanding your skills). So basically I stick with what I wrote before. You did well & showed you are open to more (new) tasks. It possibly just wasn't the job for you. (& something better comes along)I don't think you would have, but just to make sure, you didn't say anything negative about other jobs, right?
Would they have to ask your current job/boss about you? This is just for my information. I just wonder if someone wants to/would want to say something less nice about you and/or some jealousy - old quarrel. This I'm not sure of. Just wanted to write it down as well. Edit: also asked if you will get a job. Looking positive & it's like a sudden twist of luck gives you that job change you want. So don't worry. It all turns out for the best.

TY!no I did not say anything bad or negative.g. and they didn't do a reference check so nobody would have said anything I did say a stupid comment at very beginning. and I think maybe I didn't recover from it necessary, from that girl even though she's the one that started the stupid comments and I finished it. honestly I'm starting to think that maybe these people that I'm interviewing with think I'm actually over qualifieded in could probably easily do their job if not be over them because I am that skilled and knowledgeable and what I do. the guy in the diabetes job was like I encourage you to apply for this other position because with your skills this is a job you can handle.g.... so, i was like okay. Then that's just not it. And everone is a bit nervous when going for a new job.
So just think this will all work out for the best & something even more fitting will be meant for you. I rechecked my option B. Think I will book one of those. Its a small and quieter one I like. Also checked my own card of course (but too much so it got confusing). I'm nog sure of you are still awake at your end, but is this a good pick? IP: Logged |
