We left pretty early this morning as one of the ladies in our group came down with a cold. Or could be allergies. If I start sneezing I promise to cover my mouth he he.

How was your outing with E? As I mentioned before I just love shopping for food and as luck would have it we found a gourmet type food market not far from our hotel. It was fabulous and we all stocked up with some drool worthy yummies. Do you have a restaurant where you live called the Cheesecake factory? There are none in Canada but Seattle has one. One piece will feed four! I had bitter sweet chocolate flavored with Kahlua and dusted with edible gold. So pretty and went down nicely. 2 days non stop on the treadmill for me.

This was a mother's day gift for me from my son and daughter-in-law. So sweet and generous.

I talked to my mom and wished her the best and later discovered that my sister is not doing anything for her. So sad. She just wanted to be with her grandkids and didn't invite my mother and step dad for lunch out.
My mother and I have never had a close relationship but this is something I would never do so it sounds like my sister and mom are not talking. I am going up to visit the end of June. They live about 5 hrs drive from me.

O.K. enough about me. How are things going with you and E. I hope financially things are progressing well and you will be able to get out of your slump. Oh you never did tell me your birthday and if you know your rising perhaps I could find a few things for you.

Glad to hear your trip went well.. that you had fun and enjoyed your weekend. You needed it after all you've gone through.

Yes, we have Cheesecake factory here. Maybe they're different where you are though. Have been there but will never go back again. It's good where you went was enjoyable.
