How... uncanny. You're both being received by rulership but at the same time in detriment. Whatever happened between the two of you was one painful ride.

Right now, the answer is no, you won't reconcile. Mars (him) will turn direct on the 19th and once it does, he'll be applying an opposition to Venus (you), which would indicate a reconciliation, but the opposition won't perfect before Venus is in Taurus. Next time Venus and Mars perfect an aspect will be in July 12-13, 2014, as they'll trine in Gemini and Libra respectively. You might want to ask this question again then, but for now it's a no.

The dates I mentioned are nothing impressive really. I looked at ephemiris for 2014, calculated more or less what kind of contact it would be, searched for the position that would make the contact exact and looked up the date.

The relationship is painful because you're both in detriment and he's retrograde. He's in the wrong, I presume?

Jupiter rules your 5th house in this chart and it's applying a square to Venus (you). He might either be very Jupiter heavy or be a Sagittarius or Pisces (as Pisces is traditionally ruled by Jupiter).

Friendship: this was the outcome card

So, I would say that the potential is definitely there, and the angels are encouraging you to pursuit a relationship, but it seems like more of a friendship, at least for now.
