I decided against it, I casted a chart but I didn't really form the question well. I wasn't sure if I really had a proper question since I was just in deep confusion.

Maybe you could try casting the chart for me? I heard sometimes the chart is being casted by the horary practitioner by the exact time they understood/received the question (not when the question is asked).

The question is, will he try to contact me again in the future?

Well, you are the Sun and he is Saturn. Both are peregrine. The opposition is separating by a large degree. This itself already says no. The Moon is in its detriment and although it is sextile Saturn, it still doesn't have enough power to give at least a maybe. You are in the 11th house with Mercury in its own sign. Mercury is in applying quincunx with Saturn. I never really interpret minor aspects in horary, but in this case, I'm thinking there's a friend of yours he might not get along with or he doesn't get. So maybe, he's somewhat intimidated by this friend that he's scared to try and reach out to you? I mean, Saturn is sextile Moon. He probably does feel something, but then again, there are obstacles.

Sounds pretty on point actually, a friend of mine (actually his friend) asked him *twice* to stop contacting me, for good reason. So, it could be her.

I wanted a no, so it's good enough.

Any sign for his girlfriend in the chart?

I'm not really sure for other people's significant others.. but I counted 7 houses from the 7th house and it's the 2nd house. It's still ruled by Leo, which the Sun resides in the 11th house. If he has a girlfriend, do you know her or anything? I'm not so sure about this though..
