Everytime i see him my heart skips a thousand beats.. I'm so into him its ridiculous.. will he feel the same way? (I doubt..)

This has often been ignored but I often see it happen again and again.

He is on the cusp of Sagittarius/Capricorn and you are on the cusp of Cancer/ Leo.

But looking at you both nataly, this is what I found:

Is he a chilled guy? He has Moon in Libra that squares Neptune. This can have the effect of giving someone a very "chilled" persona.

He also has his Venus in Cap conjunct Neptune- which can suggest flexibility and a "live and let live" attitude.

You, on the other hand, have Pluto squaring your Moon in Aquarius.

To me, this signifies very intense feelings and its no wonder that they are directed at him; Neptune can mesmerize Pluto types a lot.

Neptune makes these people come across as genuinely nice, open and unpretentious: Making the tense Pluto person more "at ease", in their presence.

Also,your Saturn opposes your Venus; adding to what I said about being "rigid" and "inflexible".

It could be that he just makes you want to take down your guard- because he comes across as non-threatening?

Does he like you? Well, that depends on how you respond to his Libra Moon.

He likes people who are even-tempered and who look at things from both sides. He likes people who reason and are articulate.

With Jupiter and Mercury in Sagittarius and Capricorn respectively(same placements that I have),he is quite moralistic and thinks about things very deeply.

With Sagittarius, you must show an open mind and reason with them. His moon in Libra insists on this, whilst both Mercury and Jupiter in the signs mentioned will scrutinize what is being said to ascertain whether they align to his moral framework.

Venus/Moon square can make him quite impersonal to personal relationships. Add the Uranus square Moon supported by the already mentioned Neptune square, it may seem like there is very little that he is passionate about.

But it is noteworthy to mention as we often attract what we are internally i.e I wouldn't be attracted to someone who has lots of square aspects in their chart if mine is all about sextiles: I'll feel like I'm living with a volcano. Not good.

There are, however, some good interactions between you two. But this will also depend on which planets you consider important with attractions i.e are you enamored with Venus or find Mars sexier?

I look to Moon-Mars, Uranus-Moon, Uranus-Mars, Pluto-Moon, Pluto-Mars, Venus-Moon,Venus-Mars,Pluto-Venus,Sun-Mars, Sun-Venus.

His Mars trines your Venus- "You make me wanna have fun" aspect.

His Venus opposes your Sun-"Let's focus on common interests" aspect

But it seems like there is more action from your side(more assertion, that is).

Your Mars widely trines his Moon. If he doesn't mind you taking the initiatives , this is a great aspect.

Your Uranus squares his Moon and sits on his Venus(conjunct). You bring a great deal of excitement and change to him.

Your Pluto sits on his Venus(by sextile). You may like examining him and taking him apart bit by bit, but this is often contagious to Venus- who'll be flattered by all this attention and start to reciprocate and obsess over you.

I also have to add that he has his Neptune and Uranus opposing your Sun. I wouldn't call these "attraction" aspects exactly, but they add a great deal of intrigue to the people involved in them.
