Ok, all big cards: strength, the lovers, temperance.

Some issues you may have to deal with. It appears you'll get to a point where you'll have to make some kind of pivotal decision and it may not be easy. As long as you both act maturely I think you'll be able to find the right answer to your problem/s though. It may be due to a third party coming in between you two, but again, I think it can be solved because of that temperance card. I think it'll mainly just look bad, but won't be as bad as it seems.
