First thing- it's a process. You're taking steps to it but it isn't going to happen the day you want it to. Here, it seems like you need to be more financially secure and secure in love before it's a done deal. Before you get preggers, you'll be culling people from you life- the ones which are negative. I see a gong- like a chinese link to your journey- is it chinese meds or a trip to china? I see a newly budding garden- which indicates the journey I saw with the cards. I see a shoe stepping on crap- which is just what the cards stated- but also come with a warning to stop putting up with crap other people give you (is it family pressure)? I see a diamond ring- a classic one. You'll have the ring, then get pregnant. A time line with these kind of things make me uneasy- I can look into it, but it will not be accurate. Well I'm already married hence the ring you saw. It is a diamond ring, classical type. Not sure about the Chinese link. I have already started cutting negative people from my life and don't talk to a few of them or barely. I feel more joyful from it. So it does resonate, but this has already been happening lol. Financially, I got that job you had read me on and it provides. So I'm feeling secure and 'ready' now for kids. Could you do a scrying for 4 weeks and see what you get? I pulled past, present, future, for your question. Ace of cups/knight of wands/page of pentacles rx. I'm interpreting this to mean in your recent past you had some good news come through or opportunity to lay some groundwork. a sense something has 'moved forward'. Presently, it seems you are still attending to that opportunity but there is a emotional element to it now. it also suggests a journey taking place.

hah! glad to know you have that sorted- I must have been reading your past, not future. When just shuffling I got temperance- 2 faces on the head and 1 face from the person's loins (bear with my, my deck is 'special'). So pregnancy is in the cards, but I still get the 'wait and be patient' vibe. If you're asking if you can conceive, it's a yes. With the cards I get the chariot and VII. 7 days- 7 weeks. Your man is the chariot (naked, obv..) and you are the queen of cups. Go for it. Your read does resonate as I need to get my butt off the bed and start doing some applications.
