The 6H indicates a romantic relationship or a love affair, so this period will definitely pertain to your relationship and how you relate to one another. That being said, the spread doesn't look great for romance. I'm seeing a lot of disappointment and perhaps even some deceit. Emotionally, it'll be a hard time for one or both of you. For some reason I'm getting negotiation, some type of meeting of wills between the two of you. I think this has to do with all the trouble to get together that I saw in the first reading.
